n0rthernlights' ABV recipe thread

    Hey guys, how's it going?

    Since I've purchased my first vaporizer, I've been saving my already-vaporized bud (ABV) and cooking with it. Cooking with cannabis is an art and takes a lot of practice and research. Over the last few months, however, I've mastered quite a few recipes and will be sharing with my GC buddies! :hello:

    This thread will be used to share all of my ABV recipes.

    All the the recipes that I will be posting are for ABV, not for fresh bud. If you use fresh bud, make sure it goes through decarboxylation first.

    Peanut Butter Patties


    INGREDIENTS
    AT LEAST 4 grams finely ground ABV (adjust to your liking)
    2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
    12 blocks of Hershey's chocolate
    6 chocolate graham crackers
    aluminum foil

    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Preheat your oven to 320.
    2. While the oven is preheating, in a cup, spoon in your peanut butter and ground ABV. Mix well.
    3. Break your graham crackers down the middle to form 12 squares. Spread the ABV peanut butter mixture on six crackers evenly.
    4. Place two blocks of Hershey's chocolate on six crackers.
    5. Sandwich the crackers together with another graham cracker.
    6. Wrap each cracker tightly in aluminum foil.
    7. Bake at 320 for 20 minutes.
    8. Unwrap the treats, press them down so that the chocolate goo melts with the peanut butter.
    9. Let the treats cool.
    10. ENJOY!!

    To me, these taste just like the peanut butter patties the Girl Scouts sell. These are an excellent snack.

    I always saved my vaped weed so i would love to see your recipes.
    Mind scaling that pic down though, its overwhelming haha

    INGREDIENTS
    (For one *special* Reese's cup)
    1 gram of ABV
    1 teaspoon organic peanut butter
    4 blocks of Hershey's chocolate
    aluminum foil
    wax paper


    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Melt the 4 blocks of chocolate in a cup in a microwave for 30 seconds. Stir when it's done.
    2. While the chocolate is microwaving, preheat your oven to 320. Spoon in your ABV and penutbutter and mix well.
    3. Construct your "cup". Make a cup of aluminum foil and wax paper, like so:

    4. Pour a layer of chocolate.

    5. Spoon in your ABV-peanut butter mixture

    7. Bake the foil cup at 320 for 20 minutes.
    8. Let the "cup" cool in your fridge/freezer until the chocolate hardens.

    It's a nerdy acronym for Already Been Vaped, or, Already vaporized weed.

    After the weed has been vaporized, the plant matter still has enough potency to make edibles ? Are they potent ? They look great either way !! Interesting thread... :)

    There is still THC left over in vaporized bud. You just have to use more vaped bud than you would fresh bud in recipes. ABV makes great edibles.
