how bad does it smell really?
because i want to make it when my rents are out of the house for 4 hours or so.

1. Signature Limits: All signatures should not exceed the following size limits, and you can't have both text and images.
Text Signatures: 4 lines normal size OR 8 lines small size and up to 90 chars per line. Font sizes above 2 are not allowed.
For images in signatures: 1 image up to 300 pixels wide, 125 pixels tall and 20k in size.

During the time you're cooking the weed, the smell is DEFINATELY noticable. It clears out fairly quickly though. Just use some OUSTE air freshner and it'll take away the smell almost instantly.

I also have a question... about making cannioil, how long should you cook the cannibis in the oil to release the THC? I'm also assuming any type of oil will work, like veggy oil, peanut oil, or olive oil, correct? Thanks... Also, you don't mind me shareing these recipes with friends do you?

Terpischore, when I've made cannabutter using the doubler boiler method as described under "method 1" in my first post, I cooked it for about 25 minutes because I wasn't sure. The recipie says from 20 to 45 minutes. I went for 25 keeping a close eye on not cooking it too hot. I figured it wouldn't hurt to keep cooking it provided I didn't burn it, but I wasn't sure. It was strong as shit though, lol.

The key is you want to cook with the lowest head possible, which is why it takes awhile. Avoid burning it at all costs, as it will most likely ruin the high, and for sure will ruin the taste.

I've only used butter, but I know that any type of saturated-fat oil will do the trick as THC is fat-soluble.

And yes, please feel free to share them.

Edit: Def, go with a double boiler as it will be far less likely you'll have an issue with burning it.

Dark Chocolate Cannabis Cake
<HR style="COLOR: #ecfcb2" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->Ok, here's the recipe for one of my favorite concoctions, haven't seen this done b4, so i thought i'd modify an old recipe i found in my fam's cupboards, here ya go:

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups all purpose-flour
2 Cups White sugar
3/4 Cups Unsweetened Cocoa
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup Brewed Espresso
1 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 Cup Cannabis Vegetable Oil
2 Teaspoons Vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Make a well (hole) in the center and pour in the eggs, espresso, milk, oil and vinegar. Mix until smooth, batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

Makes about 12-16 servings.

Dark Chocolate Frosting:

2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
1/4 Cup Milk
4 Tbsps of Margarine or Butter.
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Finely Ground Espresso

Blend Sugar,Cocoa, and Espresso together. Melt margarine/butter and then add margarine, milk, and vanilla to cocoa/sugar mix. Beat for a few minutes. Pour and spread evenly onto cooled cake. Allow to set for a few minutes. Frosting will be a little runny and will thinly coat cake.

Making the Cannabis Vegetable Oil.

Lightly heat (lowest setting on stove) the Vegetable Oil in a deep, small pot. Be careful not to spill. Add 1/4 oz. of schwagg or 1/8 oz. of higher grade cannabis grounds to the preheated oil, stems are fine, no seeds. Mix and continue to heat until the oil turns a slightly greenish or darkish brown color. Once well mixed, allow to cool gradually (do not use refrigerator or freezer to cool, sudden temperature changes may affect THC content.)

Once cooled, you can either strain it or leave as is. I prefer to leave as is to ensure high THC content in the oil.

Add oil to cake mix.

This tastes VERY good. I like to divide it up into sixteen pieces. One piece will get you pretty darn high for a good five to six hours or more.

EDIT: The Vegetable Oil could be replaced with something like cannabutter or something with more fat in it if desired, but i've had good results with the cannabis vegetable oil, just be careful not to burn yourself or the oil (see IndianaToker's tips on making the oil or butter, as my above post may be slightly inefficient by comparison, still, don't have many complaints regarding this method yet).

for the ganja tea recipe, it says 2 cups of water/milk. can i just use one cup since that would be easier to kill? i dont want to burn the bud. thanks!
