Crock pot QWISO butter/oil

Would it be possible for me to make qwiso, strain the alcohol right into the crockpot, and let it dry while i slow cook it with butter?
How long and at what temp would i cook this?

and is there something experienced cookers would say is better then butter when using hash?

Interesting question. I'm actually not too sure, but mixing butter and the alcohol doesn't seem like a good idea..
