hello, I used this crockpot method a while ago but I think I made a mistake because it didnt work. I used coconut oil because it is high in saturated fats ect. I used 2 tbl spoons and melted them then used 2/g of mids. the bud didnt stay in the oil most of the time and i think got too hot. what should I do next time?> add more coconut oil? im going to use high grade weed next time, and use maybe a glass mug or somthing? help please.

are you talking about a fudgier consistency? just take out a bit of egg whites. experiment until you've got it to where you want it.

or just throw in chocolate chips, if you cook it right it will almost fool you.

and i really wanna try infusing duck or goose with thc somehow. two fatty pieces of poultry, there has GOT to be a way.

Random, first off let me say there is no greater past time than baking and baking haha I have been looking at starting to cook with my ganja for some time now but have been scared to jump into it as weight and extraction was an issue. the extraction you have handled beautifully and i should have some delicious butter in the near future......weight is still kinda throwing me for a loop, i keep my left overs from my vapor-genie and i have been leaning towards using that plus my stem/seed collection, my question is have you ever used vaped ganj to make butter? I don't know if your familiar with that model of vaporizer but based on the model i really doubt it gets all the THC out like a volcano would. i have ALOT of it considering I dont really do anything with it (about a oz) I cant see a reason as to why using this wouldnt work but that vaped shit has kinda a burnt nut taste to it and i hardly want that in my butter ya feel? so what do you think use or no? oh and I can relate to the hero thing they call me Betty Crocker around here

im not sure what you mean by glass mug. what would you do with a glass mug? Did you use water? if how much water did you use with the 2tbl of oil? btw coco oil is good at retaining the thc! What temp setting did you have the crock pot on? the last while in the crockpot is on the low setting.

I have used my leftover volcano weed before in butter. but if i was donig the 1oz/#butter i would just throw it in for a little bonus. Try to mainly use the unburnt buds with the stems and what not but a little vape weed doesnt hurt. I used almost an 1/8thvape with the 1oz bud.

im not a fan of any tea methods, but you can use butter or heavy cream in the tea. With Hot coco I used a double boiler (or crock pot) and cook the ganj with the cream, I also used water with the cream just like the butter method except ur subing heavy whipping cream with butter (when useing heavycream make sure its atleast 36%-40%(+) cream content) then when its in the crock or dblboiler on low i add ghrideli choc and constnat stir into hvy cream then laddel it into mugs!

I made weed pastry cream today!!! mmm mmm good. Before I turned it all into pastry cream I set some of the creme anglaise aside so I can make ice cream in the near future Now with the weed pastry cream I will be making all sorts of things, starting with a banna thcream pie

while reading that i had Cordon Bleu in my mind. pork meat filled with ham aaaaand cheese which would maybe be an interesting base for getting THC to work.
