I think what timetoexperimnt means, is that due to the pressure that the Senseo produces within the pads the THC trichomes are sponged away from the bud and into the teacup. Maybe it works like a little steamblaster. In the teacup then there´s some fatty milk to activate that THC. Maybe not 100 % as efficient as making cannabutter, but i think that could work.

Will give it a try.

Seriously though, lose the aggression - you're not gonna find much of it on these boards, especially from the over 20 crowd. So take the critique and if you feel like you're not getting the respect you think you deserve I'd suggest getting into the community and contributing in a meaningful fashion - Thats how you're gonna get respect here, just like anywhere else.

Showing up and yelling at people that you're an expert and they should stfu has the same reaction here as it would if you went into a club in a new town and did it. People look at you funny then go back to their previous conversations hoping that if they ignore the troll he'll either shape up or get lost.

Think you got that backwards man, the pressure/heat will activate the THC, the fat in the milk is something the cannabinoids will cling to

i dont think this could work. my reasoning being that if butter takes sooo long to absorb thc under extreme heat then how possibly could a FAR less fatty or oily substance absorb thc under less heat in a very short amount of time? this may get a teeny tiny bit in it and youre just getting the placebo effect cuz you can maybe taste a little herbage. also what does astringency have to do with it? thc is soluble in alcohol, not just any astringent. whatever floats your boat though. and judging by your behavior in this thread i do not believe that you are 50 years old. you sound like the 15 year old trolls that are on this site. im all for posting new ideas, but when people critique them you cant just be a little crybaby. people might really like your ideas in apprentice tokers and you wont have to worry too much about informed people critiquing you. welcome to the city and enjoy your coffee pods.

by adding the pressure componant faster extractions *are* possible, keep in mind when you simmer butter or similar its not actually anywhere near extreme heat

Yes this probably worked but it's nowhere near the extraction you would get with a fatter oilier substance, quit trolling your own thread.

I just tried your method but added a slice of butter in the mug before extraction, I will post the effects, if any.

Basically what I did was put two thin slices of butter in the mug, put like .3-.4 ground up white widow in between two pods, of french vanilla [yummy]. Stirred the butter and cream in and let sit, put in the microwave for about 30 secs and drank as it became reasonably cool. The bud looked like it still had some trichs on so i put back in a little baggy and might run it through again later.

Like I said, will update my 'mood'
