Most the THC will be in the lemon juice acid. A gram though? Is it dank? Try getting a quarter and making it with that.

THC doest not need actual heat to induce its effects, When THC is dissolved by a solvent it becomes ingestible in a liquid form and can be absorbed into the blood stream very quickly and efficiently .

Heat is the main cause of THC degradation, The less heat you use the higher concentration of THC will remain intact. When using Citric acid as a solvent the THC will disperse into the juice and any other liquid it is added to. The body absorbs fluids at rapid rates to stay hydrated then metabolizing all organic or non-organic chemical compounds in this case organic compounds THC, Vitamin C, Caffeine and antioxidants.

Slight heat however can be beneficial since some THC can become a volatile vapor and be absorbed into the sinuses and produce a quicker effect, but the heat is not absolutely necessary for THC to be active.

I'm make lemon juice but use it in this

Good 'n Plenty Drink Recipe
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Lemon Juice

Wouldn't reducing everything by half give the exact same concentration as before? I mean isn't that the point, to make the same concentration but less material needed?

is this because there's some thc still left on the weed? if so, do you think i can dry the weed and smoke it after i strain it? im worried about the sugars from the lemon juice

Eeek, don't do that. I would put it in high proof liquor afterwards if you want to strip all of the THC off...

Hashmouf, have you determined a maximum amount that will work for this recipe? like a saturation point of the lemon juice. I'm only asking because i know you've experimented around with this, i know you could always increase both the solute and solvent to get a more potent juice, but I'm interested if more bud could be used with the same amount of lemon juice.

i tried this today and it didn't work as well as i wanted it to. i used about a gram of dank and a bunch of stems, i busted it all up and soaked them in some lemon juice for about 24 hours. i strained the bud and then added the juice to some store bought lemonade, it didn't taste bad at all.

i felt a little buzz but not for that long, IMO it was a waste cause i could have smoked that in a blunt and been retarded. i guess it's alright if you have a bunch of trimmings but i think you're better off cooking them in oil or making hash.

i was gonna dry out the weed and smoke it cause there's probably a bunch of thc still in the weed but it's pretty gross, there's like lemon pulp and shit in it, haha
