First Grow bubbleponics auto-widow

This is my first grow and i have the bubbleponics kit from Stealth Hydroponics with Dual Spectrum ll lights. I am growing an auto-flowering White Widow from marijuanaseeds.nl.

When i bought my setup i found very little info on it on the City so i thought i would post this journal so others wouldn't have the same trouble. You will notice I taped the top with electrical tape so the light doesn't get through the light blue plastic and i ducttaped the edges because the lights were making the tape shrivel and come unstuck. Probably going to tape the sides soon

Would appreciate it if anyone with experience with this system or systems like it could give me advice.

Lights are on 20/4 schedule and plan on using nutes that came with system.

hasnt grown an inch in the last few days but a lot of root growth some roots have reached the water no nutes yet waiting for 2 week mark

any tips?

Tip for anyone starting with this bubbleponics setup dont use electrical tape like i did it is getting progressively worse by the day in how much it shrivels use a strong duct tape preferably black if u can find one

you gonna have just the one? know how long ur gonna veg it for?

Its auto-flowering there is a preset veg stage light cycle stays the same through grow

I dont know the veg time but i know it harvests in 2 months it is really short prob 3 ft maybe at end and its white widow so ya cant wait for the bud and the bottom leaves are actually getting lighter its just the lighting for the pic that made it look dark

I would guess that these would be great for SOG because they harvest so fast and have decent yields already

yeah no doubt that sounds great ae how much you get per plant then? im interested to see how this comes along.. is it a feminised seed?

You are going to want to cover the rockwool with hydroton. Exposed rockwool will grow algae. Otherwise it looks good!

In the instructions it said to have at least 1/2 inch of rockwool sticking out


and chemdog yes they are feminized seed and i believe the yield is 1/2-1oz
the seeds were $65 for 5 but came with 5 free with summer special
in SOG 250-350g m2

Not sure if i am going to be able to finish this grow due to me moving back to Texas but once i move ill have another plant up and going

BTW SH nutes are excellent I've been monitoring the PH levels and havent had to add PH up or down yet its staying at 5.75-6

im glad to hear SH nutes are good. Ill be starting stealth hydros DWC kit, very similar to yours, very soon. I also have the same lights! however, I added 2x 125 watt grow CFL's. Im hoping to grow 2 plants. Ill be following you!

for some reason the leaves on top are folding up on the edges.

assuming you cracked your seeds in a cup of water once you planted them how long was it B4 they sprouted?
