Dang, all the pics are gone --

Was looking to see if any of the 'evap soup' ever turns milky white (high quality buds with some trimmings, quick washed for about 30 seconds sitting in pyrex)..Mine is turning like milky after 24 hours..I can see little chunks of honey in there...I am so excited...

does any one else that has done qwiso end with with the hash smelling bad? like chemicals and rotten feet?
it happend last week, but the weed was moldy so we were thinking that was why it smelled but now im making some with some nice, great smelling weed and the first plate was dry and it seems to still smell bad

is this how it always comes out?

Tonight I am going to be trying this method with a quarter of some nice mids. I have some questions before I try this for the first time.

1. Should I grind my weed/stems up fine, or leave them a little buddy.

2. I think im going to try to do 2 passes with this. After the first pass should I dry the remains or just do the 2nd pass right away?

3. If I use 1 coffee filter rather than 2 will I yield more?

Bout how many stems would you need to save up to do this?

I'm trying it, I used about a q of stems, not expecting much as the alcohol didn't even really turn green, but we'll see what happens.

I noticed my stuff took about 30mins to start changing color. You might get a nice bowl pack from that. Good luck!

Yes, regardless of the amount, let it sit for 30 secs then shake for 30 secs. No longer no less. Strain immediately. Cheers!

fantastic guide Hashmouf! I am going to give you my first ever +1Rep!!!

my only question is this - I do not have any fine mesh colanders, for rice lets say. I have a slotted colander for spaghetti, coffee filters, & old tee shirts or cheese strainer type clothes. Is it possible to use the pasta colander, then overlay that with 2 coffee filters, then finally put a clean tee shirt or mesh athletic shorts etc on top to strain thru?? I would like to do this today, but if you don't deem this method feasible; I can go buy a few mesh colanders like you use. thanks for your help & contributions man, much appreciated.

i will post pics of using Iso to get hash out my grinder & from about 12 g's of rhino trim, along with an assortment of other trim, as well. I have a total of 26 g's of super duper chronic trim; so I am quite anxious. Previously, I would just take my Space Case jumbo grinder, put the triangle thing in the screened area & shake my trim till most of the 'Keifer sutherland" came off. i know your method will be more efficient & look forward to the outcomes & experimentation.

Although I am straight as an arrow, I sure do looooooooove my 'Keifer' Sutherland, sexy blonde bitch she is, haha!!!!

I made a batch of QWISO with 2oz of some maui wowie 2 days ago. Ive been letting it air dry for about 40 hours now, but its still kind of oily? Do I have to just let it dry longer? Id like to get a powder-like hash so that I can press it into a hard brick in the oven. Is this okay to do? I wish I had a camera so that i can upload some pictures, but all 3 washes have a pretty golden color with the 2nd and 3rd wash having some black chunks in it that kind of looks like bacteria. (Dunno how else to explain) I cant wait to scrape and measure my yield. I have absolutely no idea what my yield is going to be, but I am very excited. Is it realistic to expect around 10g from just the 1st and 2nd wash?
