Grow box design and drawings

I am just about done with the planning phase of my grow box, wanted to get feedback before I started to build and purchase everything.

GROW/VEG CHAMBER
SIZE: 3'3"W x 2'D x 3'H (19.5 Sq/ft)
LIGHT: Hydrofarm Xtrasun with 6" Air Cool Valubrite, Son Agro HPS Bulbs 430 Watt

BLOOM CHAMBER
SIZE: 4'2"W x 2'D x 5'3"H (43.75 Sq/Ft)
LIGHT: Hydrofarm Xtrasun with 6" Air Cool Valubrite, 400 Watt Switchable MH/HPS

LAYOUT
The air intake is on the right side, comes in through a air baffle and hits the Grow Chamber. Between the Grow and bloom chamber is another air baffle, that employees kind of a maze, to keep light from getting from the grow to the bloom chamber (the air baffles will also be painted black).

In the bloom chamber, there will be a Ductstat Plug-In Line Voltage Thermostat which will control the blower (chamber above grow chamber). The blower (Shaded Pole Blower,140 CFM) will be sucking the air through a 2" active charcoal filter. In the same section as the blower, will be a Uvonair 1000 Ozonator. I will also but some kind of sound dampener around the blower area to help reduce noise.

Anything I am forgetting? My biggest question is on the blower - is it the right size?

Peace,
David

Very nice.

I am building something similiar, it's 4' x 8' x 4' with a Clone, Veg, and flower area.

Good luck with the build.

I was planning to use the same area for clone and veg. That should work, right? I know mine is kind of narrow at 2' deep - was wondering if I should increase that to maybe 3' deep?

Planning to go buy the electrical stuff this weekend (if girlfriend will let me spend the $$$). Will then have to wait a few more paydays before I get the lumber.

Clone area don't have to be that big but your veg and flowering are going to have to be roughly the same size to accomodate growth and the size of your plants, Unless you can do some veg time in your flowering chamber.

Don't mean to ressurect the dead, but I'd like to hear more opinions on this grow box, since I was planning something this organized and similar. How many plants could you cycle through here?

i like the design .... it will work excellent i think, although wider will produce more bud! ... yeah, you end up with more scrap on the build .... but you'll be glad you did

not based on any scientific formula at all ..... but you might want to up the fan a bit, maybe 200

what are you doin for doors?

Hey man, it looks like you're spending some serious cash on this, so why not be safe and go with a bigger fan?

Peace and stay blazed

The Grow Was fantastic, I had to kill the operation due to certain factors. But in the cab's downtime I am currently up grading the door's to much thicker and more sound proof ones also redoing some of the ventilation. I attached a few older pictures of the hood i made etc...
