Closet growing setup.

Hey, i'm thinking of making my own growing closet The space i have to grow is under the roofs, which are 60' tall in front and 50' for the rear with a 25' width.
I can connect the vent. outdoor (via the roof).
what setup lights/vent do u suggest i use ? Can the door have openings or must IT be completely closed (at all times).

If you can vent right out the roof, that's perfect. Use it as an exhaust for the hot air from your light and make somewhere for new air to come in at the bottom of the closet. maybe hang a hose if you have to. the amount of heat depends on the bulb, and the amount of heat you can vent depends on the size of your exhaust.
