Initial design pics included and about 1/2 way done

This is the start of my grow box. It is 40 inches high by 30 inches wide by 16 inches deep. I have a 150w HPS to put in it and a desktop fan to place in it as well. Any ideas of how to use the fan holes let me know..

looks good. just put exuast high on the box, heat rises, and intake on the bottem.

try using computer fans

150 watt HPS is good for 40 x 30 x 16
what kinda wood is it? for moisture balance
if it is made of pine,poplar,apple or pear wood;
thats too hard for moisture and put your fan holes under the box

Well I guess this ones taken care off already but like THC said I'd go with an active exhaust and passive intake...Something like 2-2" holes in the bottom with Black ABS pipe and 90 degree elbows (so they are high adjustable and you can aim the in flow) and then just some basic computer fans (or a blower if u can afford one) near the top to pull the air out of the box...also with the 150 watter in there heat might become and issue so you may want to look into making yourself a little air cooled hood...

goddamn man, thats sooo brilliant. I swear - the second I have my own place to grow, I'm going to go into it fully confident that I can get absolutely any information I need in a rather short amount of time.

- I just thought you green-thumbs deserved some praise.
