if your fan is on a thermostat (not running all of the time, only when temps get too high), bring the air in and run ducting to the highest point in the grow. The cooler air will drop to the floor and mix with the hottest air in the room. What I would do for this, is reverse the job of the intake with the exhaust for the winter and switch it back for the summer months. So... Draw the hot air from your grow at a low point, and bring your cold air in at a high point. THIS ONLY WORKS FOR TEMPS THAT ARE FREEZING OR LOWER. If you need a pic I will draw it up for you.

No need for intake fans. Use an exhaust fan only. But yes, use a thermostat for the fan.

through whats called a passive intake. Just a vent in the wall at a low point and your exhaust fan at the top will pull air out of the room, meanwhile fresh air enters the intake.
