Question what light to use in dark?

what kind of light bulb i could use if i need to get into the grow room so often when it is on night cycle?

some ppl say green? is that true?

or what else better for vision and not effect the grow?

Again my friend you ask a wrong question.You should just stay out of the room in the dark time if you want a good grow..

sid- i once found a pair of nightvision goggles on the net for $200, and have been kicking myself for not buying them... perfect for gardenwork.... if /I find the site again i'll let ya know
