Help me Design a Aeroponic Setup

Alright so i recently found out i have a attic

there are about 3 spots in the attic suitable for growing, that are sized 36" (H) 24 (W) 36 (L)

the height is pretty much limited, but i can increase the length/width

the room is hot(id say 80-90). There is one opening a can see leading to the outside that is already in use by an airduct thing, but there is room around it that i could possible route.

i want the cheapest possible setup to have one flowering station and one budding station, or something like that. Low maintenance where i only have to check on it three times a week max..

Can i use CFLs? how many? Link to a fixture that can hold all my CFLs...

So i will probably need to cool down the room somehow I will get pics up soon

Also if there is a way to conceal the plants (using two tubs or something), that might let me have more room.

What is a good thing to use as a water timer for the aeroponic setup?

Just read a little bit more. Get some Ideas flowing, and share them. Get some input on them Ideas and grow grow grow.

One piece of input; There are no real shortcuts. You will be best off, if you can observe the plants everyday. I will probably check on mine 3 to 4 times a day, but thats how i am. If anything goes wrong, you want to know about it ASAP to rectify the situation before it becomes a horrible problem. Is that all the hotter your attic gets? Mine can see 130degF easy.
