Need help with fan/carbon filter for Mother cab

Hey everyone. I'm in the process of putting together a grow cab to house my mother(s). The box I'm working with has an interior of 18"x26.75"x14" (w/t/d, right?). I'm hoping to house two mothers in soil that I'll be taking clones off of to use for messing with hydroponics. I'll be using CFLs (yet another experiment).

The last piece I need is the fan and carbon filter. I am having trouble finding too many details on what I need for this size of a project. I don't mind dropping a fair amount of money into this, as there's no point in skimping and then getting busted. I just want to see if anybody can recommend anything for this size of a box. I've seen a few DIY guides for these and wouldn't mind doing something like that but I am not positive on their results. I've also seen combos like this. But even that one is 20" and pushing it on size. (And sorry for linking to eBay)

Moms aren't usually too bad with odor, it's when they start flowering you really have to worry. A cheap DIY carbon filter should be fine for a mom chamber. Even a plug in air filter (like $20 at walmart) would maintain that area I would think. A small 4" inline fan will take care of ventilation for a box that small with CFLs. Hell, they even make odor killing CFLs now. Search them out. They come in a 2700K spectrum, but use 1 among some 6500K daylight CFLs. I am going to use 2 in my mom cab with 6-6500K daylight CFLs.
