Computer box help
Could any of you tech buffs out there help me? I am trying to make a computer grow box, but I don't know how to eliminate the motherboard for more room while still allowing the fan to work. the fan has to plug into the motherboard and then the power source. also, I have a flourescent light I would like to attach. is it possible to splice the fan and light to a power source? the fan would more than likely need a transformer, and I have no idea what to do for the light. any help is appreciated, thanks

just take the mother board out and bolt the fan to the top (or side) of the comp box
i'd keep the fan and light in a parallel circut with seperate switches before each load, that way you can control them individually make sure you measure the resistance of each load before you buy a transformer so u know how many watts u have and dont fuck up your circut |

i cant quite remember but u need to stick a paper clip into some of the holes on the main power cable check it on Google

I'm not quite sure how to go about the parallel circut because of the ammount of wires on the power source. The smallest bundle is 4 cords to the fans three, I would need a transformer ( I have quite a few) wouldn't I? could I run a parallel circut directly from the power source to fan, and another to the light? I am going to sauder at the closest point I can to each, because I'm not trying to be perfect, I just want it to run, even if it's pretty iffy. most of my electronics are jimmy rigged, hehehe.
