Moving the girls to the basement

Currently I have 6 plants growing in my closet, which can get up to 80 degrees and is against the wall of a Detectives bedroom. I'd like to move my plants to my basement so that I won't be as paranoid because of the scent. The only problem is my Washing Machine and Dryer are in my basement and we go down there to use them, and of course, turn the basement lights on and off when we go down there. Now, would about 2 minutes of light during sleep (they're flowering) mess up their flowering cycle much? And what about the fact that the basement stays at about 65-70 degrees hurt the plants? Or Crickets and Centipedes hurt the plants? Thanks. Didn't know if this was the right section or not, but it is about my grow room. If it isn't the right section, could an admin please move it to the correct section?
