Got the room need the measurements!

Ok so moving into a new house soon and working on a room.
I've been growing so far stealth in a single wardrobe using a mixture of CFL's but the house has lotts of room and areas for me to play .

So based on growing in soil with a 400watt HPS (Used with cool tube) what sort of size chambers would i need to have either 1 room split into 16/8 - 12/12 or 2 rooms.

The Veg room needs to be big enough for 2 plants, one will be a mother, i plan on growing a new strain everyso often unless i find a strain thats better than thoguht i'n which i'll have 2 mothers

Also needed is a cloning area - i'll be using CFL for the clones and an Envirolite (200w) for the mothers.
I figure the clones wont take up that much space.

The Flowering chamber i'm going for 4 Plants @ 2 weeks apart, as said with a 400wat HPS.

I've seen bud boxes and alike but am not bothered about spending £200/$400 on one of those, i already have the Lighting systems for both chambers, nutes and pots etc.
Money shouldn't be to much of a prob i've set aside a couple of hundred which should get me the MDF required to build the box (PVA and Foil) & Ducting/Ventalation.

Plan on using 100mm Waste/Drainage piping (as cheap) running to the cooltube which then runs to 1 or 2 bathroom extractor fans, 44litres/ps of Air Movement should be enough.

Any Hight/Width/Depth Measurements would be usefull - if you can be arsed post a MsPaint scetch or something - Knowing me i'll build it big enough for 20 plants lol, i'm not a comercial grower just need enough for number 1.

Extreemly rough but, here's what i got.

To add - the setup will be air tight having looked at the drawing it would be 3xExtractor Fans, i have a humidifier i will be using and all surfaces will be Foil Lined.
Have been reading some posts and am seriously considering Insulating the box with polystyrene sheeting.
Rough H/W/D would be 7"W x 4"D x 6"6H

Flowering Chamber would be 5"W the other 2" for the Veg Chamber.

Based on experience i figure 2ftsq would be enough per plant, the single wardrobe i'm using now (or should i say no longer using) is 1"1/2W x 2"D and 1 plant fits nicely so double should suit also.

Any Ideas?
