Rubbermaid questions

So i need to run a completely stealth operation. I haven't made the decisions to grow yet but i had a few questions. I want to make the rubbermaid set up (2 stacked on top of each other and hollowed out). Get a small co2 filter and computer fan near the top for an exhaust (with thin insulated exhaust paths), and an intake hole 10 inches from the bottom. Mylar walls. I know i could veg my plants in this environment, using some cfl's for the entire veg stage. However, i was wondering if you guys thought i could pull off flowering in the setup if i switch the lights out for a 150w hps light with reflector? Like i said, the entire process would need to be as stealth as possible. I want to find short stout plants so i don't run into height restrictions where the light (bolted to the lid) starts to burn the plant because i know the plant would start around 10 inches high in its container? I only want to grow 1 or maybe 2 plants if i do it at all. Real slow, low key deal. One plant at a time type of thing. SO also i was asking for suggestions for real small plants? I don't care about the huge yields and all that; more about the experience. Thanks guys.
