I Have A New Lamp, Would You Please Check It, My first grow I can see female things

Hi all
My new lamp is a energy saver lamp (A) 3600 Lumen 60 watt (But it gives too much light)(actually it is 300 watt but use 60watt)
My other lamp is grolux plant lamp.
Do you think these lights are enough for my plant

The 60W/6400K CFL is good for vegging. You didn't give us any stats on the tube fluorescent so I can't say much on it. However, it's quite likely the CFL is more powerful, so you'd want it to be more above the plant than at it's side (think sunlight).

Strictly speaking, your setup is just barely enough light - it's not at all in an enclosed area and you've not much in the way of reflectivity so you're making poor use of the little light you have. Expect slightly strechy plants and airy buds.
