i think it might be useful to refresh my design details
it makes more sense now

DETAILS

60x100x230 cm
4 CFL bulbs (200W total) - for first week
1 400w light (Metal halide + HPS)
2 DWC
1 air exhaust fan 500 cm/h
2 passive air intake holes - (30 cm in diameter total)
1 fan for plant cooling (big one)
1 fan for plant cooling (small one)
1 cooltube for lights (adjusteble)
1 cooltube fan 180 CMH (installed in the cooltube behind the bulb wires)
1 CFL lights holder (udjusteble)
1 humidifyer behind intake holes
3 timers

i steel need the proper filter installed

temprature in the room - up to 25 c
temprature in the growbox - up to 30 c

humidity 50-80% (18/6 working timetable)

CHECK OUT MY new CAB
its bout 150 cmr tall
and 55 cm deep

one DWC for 6 plants + 1 big DWC for 1-2 plants
2 lights holders

1 - 2x85W +1 105W = 275W CFL
2 - ????????

the second one isnt ready and not needed yet
the exaust is 250 cm/h
intake pasive hole
i use little plastic covers for each cube to keep the humidity
inside cthe cup - 70%
outside in the room 40%

i made a DWC cloner with a humidity dome
really ghetto and cheap one but it works and looks wonderfull
i didnt find a heating mat and i used a transparent canister
so the water can be heated by the lights
and covered it by a bottle with holes to keep some fresh air coming
and thats it

here is what i used there
1 canister (5 liter)
1 bottle (5 liter)
a grill
an air pump
peaces of a canister to hold the rockwool with the clone

CONDITIONS:

water temp - 24C
humidity - 75%
the dome keeps the clones well sprayd all the time

and thats what i need
total cost - 10-15$

installed a filter
then one i thought to make was too small and the fan was too powerfull so the air was going immediatly through the wery thin filter and didnt get cleaned at all

i choose the traditional one this time and took as a model "can 33"
dimentions:

CFM: 300 (180 true)
lenght: 20"
inner core: 6"
outer core: 9"
bed width: 1.5"
weight: 23 lb

DONT HURRY TO MAKE THE SAME ONE
THIS IS AN EXPERIMENTAL MODEL
AND HAVE TO BE APPROVED IN THE END OF THE FLOWERING)

ive found a formula that gave me all the dimentions
and i would recomend it as a basic thing to start with
and maybe correct it a bit as needed
the filter is working well
and it sucks air even on the lowest speed (about 100CFM)
so i can run it like that untill its not too hot

i had to remove my wonderful partition
and take the ballast out of the cab (its now on the roof)
and the fan itself is on the back of the cab

U CAN AVOID THIS EASELY
BUT I DIDNT CARE MUCH - SO I DID IT THAT WAY

the odor is nutralised

for those who followed lol)
tha main thing im surprised with!
CFM / TEMPRATURE rating is strange
(used to have problems with my 150 CFM fan)
and now running my new 300 cfm fan at 100 CFM speed)
air in the room used to be like 25C now its 22C or so
temps in the cab 23 - 24C
i guess the piping in the last versions was totally uneffective but a bit more stealthy

its not full 5 tho) its like begining of week 5

total cost of my 2 cabs is around 2000$ i guess
including meters & shit

i wanted to invent some shit there
but i suggest u to stick closer to the classics

if u know what u need and have some DIY skills ull save some money
so read carefully
