Very clean. I agree with your decision to go with two plants rather then four. You will get more yeild and better quality in the same abount of time. My grow space is about the same size as yours. I just reduced my grow from three to two about a year ago. I get the same amount but the quality is better.

I messed with intake fans a few years ago. On paper they look like a bonus. But if they are not matched perfect to your exhaust CFM, one of the fans will be a restriction or a "coaster". I bet you would get more air flow without that intake. I have been wrong before, this could be one of them times.

I would ditch the intake fan and make both openings the same size. Then I would put a collector on your suction. This should act to increase the velocity of the air and give you more air flow.

----- 1 this is a heat isolation material - on one side its kind of soft plastic foam and on the other is this foil thing u see ------ 2 im starting to think that the big exhaust fan is broken or something - anyway i think ill take out the intake fan ant connect it to my filter box as a second exhaust fan - my setup allows me to do this ------ thanks for the feedback

peace

You really want a neg. pressure in the box,why dont you just check the fans operation or switch it with another of the same to see whats up?

the idea with 2 fans connected to 1 filter box sucks becouse they conflict somehow and the airflow doesnt increase--- the most important thing about ducting is the shape of the ducting chanels --- take a look at my cooltube --- i figured out that it works at 20 % power only becouse of the ducting shape --- i think each 90 turn = -20% of fan power ---- now im working on the solution (more powerful fan + less turns + bigger diameter of ducting) --- thanks for the feedbacks

hi

here we go with some more fresh pics

1 first of all i installed 2 times more powerful exhaust fan (500 CMH, 150 mm diameter)
and increased its ducting diameter

2 the cooltube had a shitty fan thats why i instelled a 180 CMH (125 mm diameter) fan at the cooltube RIGHT BEHIND THE BULB - so it can suck air and push it with maximum power all around the bulb (the cool tube is a bit warm now)

3 i had to change the shape of the cooltube ducting to make it more streight and now
the hot air is thrown upwards to the seeling (NOT BEHIND THE CABINET - BECOUSE ITS THE PLACE WHERE THE COLD AIR FOR MY GROWBOX IS TAKEN)

HERE IS A GOOD TIP:
DONT LET YOUR EXHAUST AIR MIX WITH THE COLD AIR
BECOUSE THE EXHAUST TEMPS CAN SCREW EVERYTHING

HERE IS ANOTHER GOOD TIP:
KEEP THE CABINET FAR ENOUGH FROM THE WALL
SO THE AIR CAN GET TO THE INTAKE HALLS

4 I also increased the cooltube ducting diameter
becouse when ducting bends it reduces the diameter

5 i boght a "humidity generator" and placed it near the cabinet
the wet air it produces is 4 degrees colder then the air in the room

the result:
temprature in the room 24
temprature in the growbox 27
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DID IT!!!!!!!!!

IVE BEEN THROUGH A LOT OF SHIT WITH THIS ONE
and i think i can help some ppl now

the setup did looked very nice in the begining
but not not everything that glitters is gold

peace
