this just goes to show that anyone can grow, you just gotta be clever about space.
here's my room. ive got a bed that sits about 3 feet above the floor.
below the bed are two series of shelves opposite eachother. the ones by the wall were removed, but the bedstand protects them from being opened by anyone. a dummy front was replaced.
behind the bed plywood blocks the shelves from rear access. i sawed the plywood where the first set of shelves meets the bed frame, and added a hinge so the grow could be easily accessed by sliding behind the bed and laying on the floor.
heres what it looks like inside the grow space with the shelves removed.
i hollowed out a 26 inch speaker, created a dummy front, and put a 2 inch fan from a broken ps2 on the back.
inside of dummy speaker front. it has been lined with foil and opens and closed by two hinges mounted on the sides.
inside of speaker. 3 inch tall tupperware filled with potting soil, and an adjustable 150 watt cfl above w/ reflective backing.
top view of grow space, lifting up the matress and support.
i hope this motivates anyone who wants to grow to do so.
and yes, i realize this doesnt leave much more room to grow, about 18 inches, but i was planning on using the lst method. feel free to provide any advice, this is my first grow.
thanks, please let me know what yall think.
