Air Purifier

I have a nice little grow room with most of my conditions at 90% except the one problem i have, Airflow.

The room i grow in is not square but i got a metre square easy, problem is its between 2 other walls in my house and the next door so basicly no external wall, which mean no extractor fan.

Air purifiers are cheap and i wonderd do that actually help if you have bad airflow?

Not sure if they change the air like a extractor fan would or maybe the filterd air would be the same as new air?

Anyway if anyone know would be appriciated

air purifiers (ionizers) suck. they might help in trapping odor.

since an exhaust isnt possible, i would get a small a/c to control temp and a couple of fans to keep the air moving inside
try CO2 generation since your used air is not going to be replenished. the yeast method is pretty simple.

you could also leave the door open for an hour at different times of the day to allow in fresh air.
