how are these designs for a texas cabnets

i have been thinkin bout this design for a week and came up with this organic grow
digital ballast 600hps for flower
2' hot5 veg floro 200watt
1 compact cfl (havnt figured out whats best for clone)

90cfm pc fans for intake vents
diy aero cloner
diy cool tube
diy bud dryer (can i use high cfm pc fans on a small scrubber for the bud dryer)

what do yall think about my equip i am picking out

one added thing i think for my bud dryer is you can put your baby in there for the 24-72 hr dark period before chopping to increase thc. chop then hang in the same area and it wont affect the flower chamber and it would take care of the smell while in dark period

instead if iguana mix from advanced im goin to try their mother earth tea ferts
what would be the best soil mix ferts dosage to use when using liquid ferts too
