*need Help*

Me and my friend are starting a grow in his closet (6 feet wide, 2 feet deep and ceiling height tall).

We're going in 50 / 50 on the setup, and then splitting the bud 50 / 50 between us (not something i have to second guess, this kid is really my bro and we're mad tight, we're smoke bros).

I have a budget of about 500 - 600 dollars. I just want something small going, 2 - 4 plants for my first grow. I was wondering:

A) What seeds should i use? I want a HIGH yield since there'll only be 2 - 4 plants, but i also want the plants to stay kind of small to minimize on smell, but I'll deal with the smell for dankage any day.

B) What kind of lights will i need for 4 plants and how powerful?

C) What kind of soil and where to get it? What exactly am i going to look for in soils?

D) How much power will the lights use? Enough to get us caught by the electric company? I don't think so because it's an entire house we're growing in, not just a small apartment.

A- Take a look at the seed bank section of the forums, they have a lot of information on which seedbanks are good.

B- I'd get a 250w HPS HID grow light system. You want at least 50 watts per plant/per sq. foot, so 200 minimum.

C- You want a high quality soil for a good grow. I reccomend FoxFarm's Ocean Breeze (http://plantitearth.com/store/product.asp?id=328)

D- Although the product is marketed as a 250 watt HPS grow light, when you include the ballast and shit it uses around 400 watts. Just switch out a couple of lightbulbs in your house with compact flourescent lights; they plug into a regular socket and use far less energy.
