Converting a file cabinet
How would you go about light proofing a file cabinet? Also what kind of tool would cut the bottoms of the individual cabinets?

a reciprocating saw and with the light proofing you're going to have to be creative. I'd recommend some kind of caulking or something to fill the cracks.

to cut holes to put lights in would you use the same thing a reciprocating saw?
