Question !@#^& Cubby Hole Grow Room &^#@!

Sup guys??? Alright so I finally have everything ready for my grow room, except the seeds which should come in soon I hope. The A/C vent takes up a shit load of room but I have 1.5 feet wide, like 3 feet long and about 3 feet high. Gimme your opinions on whether it'll work or not. The only thing that concerns me is the width factor, is it ok if your plants leaves are touching the tarp? By the way I ordered Nirvana White Widow seeds. Oh also should I do some LSTing or will I be good without it?

This is what it looks like with the black tarp over the frame so no light leaks. (There's a door that you screw on to close it)

Here's some supplies

Here's some more supplies

Here's my grow area, notice the CFLs, I have a 3x23w 2700k (will prolly be getting 2 more Y sockets and from my friend 2 more 23watters) and 2x40w 3000k bulbs totalling 149watts and with the other 2 bulbs, 195watts. I am only growing two plants also.

Ok guys what do you think? I'm a little concered about the width of it. My friend has 9x23w CFLs, he was gonna grow but turned out he couldn't so he'll give em to me. I may buy another light fixture, so if I do it would be 13 CFLs all together toatalling 356watts (I know it's the wrong spectrum for veg. but don't some people use HPS for veg and flower?)

Anyway, so you think it would be a nice space for 2 plants for sure with 195watts and maybe 3 plants if I get that other light fixture with 356watts?

EDIT::: Also temps in there are not hot what so ever, they are about room temp (A/C turned off for summer now) and it's very comfortable in there during midday.

EDITT: MY QUESTIONS

1. Is it ok for my plants to be touching the tarp?

2. Should I LST? (Prolly will)

3. How much $$$ will it cost to run 356watts? (Assuming I do get it the additional fixture)

4. Is it ok if the spectrum is primarily red for both veg and flower?

That looks like an incredibly flammable setup man, I'd certainly move the tarp back or use another material. One stray spark could send it up, and then you're really fucked.

Are you serious??? It's a plastic tarp and there shouldn't be any sparks. So your saying that if there were a spark and it landed on the tarp it would blaze up and burn the house down?

There was already fire in my room like 4 years ago I hope it doesn't happen again
