Small grow op.

Well, my buddy has an old condemned barn next to his house, and theres power running out to it. There's a room in it that can be pad locked. The room is FILTHY so we'll clean it up a bit. But I want to make a 4ft (H) x 4ft (L) x 2.5ft (W) grow box instead of turning the whole room into a grow room. I have a diagram of the room. I already have two 42w CFL lights, and I was thinking of using these 150w HPS lights:

Would it be alright to combine CFL and HPS? Also, would these be enough to grow 5 or 6 plants? Also, like I said this is in a barn, and I live in upper michigan, so what should I build the box out of to use it through the winter also? I think the lights should keep it warm enough in the box shouldnt it? So could plywood, then insulation, then plywood, then mylar work?
