my closet grow box (help)

Whats good all.

I dont know if anyone would remember me but I was known back at hc.com as munch1es. I finally have somewhere to grow, but I'm beginning to think smell might be an issue, so heres what I drew up. If anyone can tell me if this would work for the complete and total destruction of smell, or make any suggestions or improvements, please, I'm all ears.

Here goes

skip this part if you dont feel like reading bud induced rambling

I'm building a custom grow box out to fit inside a closet. My buddy is pretty handy at carpentry; I cant wait to see how this turns out. I explained what I needed, and this is what he suggested.

The reason for a grow box in a closet is because I live in an apartment and I cant drill any holes in anything.

Ok, here's where I could use some help

I'm planning on having two fans, one exhaust attached to a carbon filter at the top of the box, which then passes through a hose to the inline fan in the bottom.

I'm not sure, but I think this one will suit my needs?

I'm definetly going soil as this is my first time, any suggestions on strain, lights, ferts, etc? I have about $500 to spend on the whole project.

Welcome spoof If I'm looking at your pic right, then you seem to be using the same air again and again. You need to be supplying the plants with fresh air. Also depending on what light you plan to have, you will also suffer from tempter problems as the heat is not been exhausted outside the box.Just a few thoughts Good luck

I am going to subscribe to this thread, since I am in the same predicament.

All I would say is what was already stated^, that the plants need fresh air...
