First Grow (White Widow) Austalia Grower

Hi,

I'm new to grasscity, I'm new to growing,
thought I'd post info and pics of what I'm doin....

I currently live in Australia and have just got 10 white widow seeds delivered from a seed bank in Amsterdam...
It is March Which means its the start of autumn or fall as you Americans say..

I thought I'd Only start off with 2 seeds just to practice and learn, and also being Autumn sorta the wrong time of year.

1 seed had germinated succesfully on Wednesday 8th Of march and also planted on the same day

Then decided to germinate and plant another seed on Friday the 10th of march..

After the seeds had been planted in plastic cups I put them under 24/7 compact fluro light 11w just till they start vegging...(Should It Be On 24/7 Yet???)

It is now Saturday 11 March which is 3 days after I planted the first seed and no sign of it yet...

I'll now post some pics:

----My White widow seeds nice and fat. (only 8 as 2 are planted)----

----My current Soil for the seeds.----

----This is my growroom for about 2 weeks then onto the big one, I chose my desk cupboard because its small and holds the low heat off the fluro bulb nicely.----

----And this is my bigger growroom, This is before I transfered them into the small one.----

I am hoping to have these plants indoor till they veg then outdoor to finish off the veg and to flower.

Thats all the pics for now until they sprout, Hopefully soon I get paranoid about these sorta things...And should they be under 24/7 light ive been told no but some people say yes, AAAARhhhhhh!!!!....

i have better success on 18/6 just because its less maintenance for growing indoors. but since you are putting them outside after veg. my best guess would be 24/7 so they would immediately start the flowering cycle once you put them outside.

No sorry I will be putting outside during veg and flowering not after veg.

Its funny that you say AMSTERDAMMARIJUANASEEDS.COM,SUCKS! coz thats where I got my seeds from...

they ripped me for early misty seeds, and i was supposed to get 5 free white widow seeds, ripped me on a dvd to about $75 total. glad you got yours though. sorry cant help you on plants, i live in the desert so i only do indoor.

hows it goin mullen, im from australia, im sorry to inform you but you've JUST missed out on our growing season.... theres probably a couple weeks left for the sativas to finish off...

we start in the beginning of spring in june, but theres no reason you cant grow them inside until then and have some SUPER FUCKIN MONSTERS :P
you can always grow them up and practice cloning until then and have some clones outside and flower the ones that you took the clones off inside, so you can have some bud...

sorry to tell ya but theres at least another 5 months until spring, the begining of out season...

Well its been 8 days and this is what I have to show for it

Its going good cant wait till it's finished

When should I transfer to a bigger pot?

keep the light as close above the plants as you can, try to make a reflector, there are so many things ive made reflectors for CFLs from, coke bottles, cut out some of the neck so the metal end JUST fits thru, and cover the inside with foil/paint it white, you can use ally cans, or even a tackle box lid lined with foil/ painted white, cut 4-6 lights in all over the lid.

transplant in about 304 weeks when its not so small and fragile.

304 weeks?!?! LOL. i think razor means 3-4 weeks if any of you are as stupid as me. LOL.

cheers man yea 3-4 weeks

squeeze the sides of the cup gently, put one finger either side of the stem and then tip it upside down and tap the bottom lightyly, then put it into a pot that is already ready and bury about 1/2 and inch (2.5cm) below the bottom leaves...

dude you live in australlia, answer a quick question,,, i caught on cnn about 2 wks ago at 5;oo inn the morning a quick story of how austr. repealed its drug laws,,, i aint heard shit of it since,,,, but what do you expect,,,,,,,,,, what exactly did they repeal and how does the drug laws if any read now,,,,,
