Day 1

Woohoo my seeds got here! 7 days from order to the east coast from Gypsy Nirvana.
10pk of White Widow is what im using and they threw in a free 10pk of South African Durban Poision X Skunk #1. And for 15$ U.S. you cant beat the price. We will see how many germinate. I have the seed on top of my fridge in a small plastic green house in peat pellets. Will post further when there is news, i suspect about 4 days. PRAY FOR FEMALES

No im starting with just the WW to get my feet wet. I see myself upgrading my lights and changing setups as i get more familer with proper technique. Once i have a strong WW mother, i will prolly attempt to grow the free-bee bag and cross the two and see if i cant get a nice hybird.

Day 2

Waiting on seeds to sprout so i figured it was a good time to try and explain my setup. This is a stealth grow. Yes i own my own house but we do have visitors and i have 3 kids, getting caught is not a option.

First off, i am growing indoor but it is in a unheated building. As of right not the grow space is pretty sealed and insulated and i have a 250w heat lamp in there. I know heat lamps dont help with growing, its just there to keep my tempreture up since its currently 22 degrees outside. As the season progresses my problem will reverse and it will become hot as a oven in that building. To counter this i have my intake holes pulling air from under the building which is quite cool even in the summer. Like natural AC. As it stands with the heat lamp i can keep the temp to 75.

The grow box it designed under a work bench. With the largest portion being my main veg-flower area, and the small offshoot soon to be my mother/clone area with 24/7 light.

As you will see in the pics there are 2 "doors" to my area. The door to the main area has a fake shelf/door built into it, so at first glance it looks normal. But if you move a latch up under the bench the whoul wall/shelf will open to reveal the grow area. The door to the mother is camoflaged by the garden hose rack

Inside i have 2 x 4ft flouros that can be raised and lowered by an attached rope running through eye-hooks. The 2 smaller flouros on the back where just 2 extra i found and decided to throw in. I have a few puter fans to move the air around and a 8in desk fan gutted and mounted as a primary exhaust. You can't see it as i built it into the wall but, on the other side of my exhaust fan is 3ft of dryer hose running into a chicken coop. It is my hope that havint the exahust empty into there will keep my smell down.

Cant think of anything else atm...check out the pics and feel free to advise

Im really gettin into my new hobby The more I read and learn from this site the more i wanna do. I doubt seriously if this settup will last more than one grow before i upgrade to a larger area, better lights, and prolly a bubble bucket or four.

My goal is to supply myself with all my own smoke. I figure to do that I will have to grow 2oz per month of grow. So my optimum yeild to time ratio would be 6oz for a 3 month grow 8oz for 4 month etc.. hoping to be able to do that with 4-8 plants.

Im just rambling, im stoned

On a unrelated note, I got my Old English Sheep dog shaved today as I have to do twice a year. Heres a pic. His name is Boogy Monster

Day 4

They sprouted! I have 6/10 up so far, I moved them outta the dark, added a fan and put them about 2in under a 25w flouro to get em ready for the transplant. Im gonna wait till i get my first set of true leaves and the roots start to come through the peat pellet before i transfer them. Other then the mother area, the grow room is ready to go. I have done some tests with my heat lamp and have figured out how to regulate usages with my exhaust fan to keep the temp right at 80 degrees. Not much to do atm but watch.

Day 5

All 10 are up!!! I cant say anything bad about Gypsy Nirvana. Delivered in 7days for 15 bucks with 100% germination rate. I didnt start them in a towel or tupperware, I just expanded the peat pellet with water and stuck the seed in. So unless i get 8-10 males im happy

They have recieved no water at all except what the pellet had in it. The tops of the pellets are looking dry now that i have wm under light and fan. Should i add some water to em? Mabye just enough to re-mositen the pellet?

I got the lights close before they got spindly. I suspect they will be ready to move to the main grow room by about day 10.

More pics to come.

haha just be careful man. don't get over zealous...like you said, you dont' want to get caught. i started out convincing my gf to grow, cause she's ABSOLUTELY against it (the risk, of course), but i convinced her that i would make it stealth. as i was researching and stuff, i got REALLY interested as you are, and now i've ended up with a huge 7ft tall, 3ft wide box and 400watt light that is making me put a vent through a wall in my brand new apt. i am trying to get about the same...2-3oz a month. I'll keep you updated with my yeild, but i still haven't fixed my heat problem (letting the sting of "im puting a hole through the wall" settle on the gf :/ and i want to make sure it's the only option)....

Looking great graffix, however, you may need more light soon enough. You should really try to get out and purchase a nice MH or HPS. Kepp it up! +rep

Day 5 continued...

Upon futher inspection of the plants, I found that all the pellets were very dry and everyone (even the one just breaking dirt) has a 1" root comming out the bottom of the pellet. So i have decided to repot and water. Im not putting them into the grow room yet because we are about to get a cpl real cold days and im not sure my heat lamp will be sufficent.

I repotted them into 3" peat cups with 100% organinc fert free soil. And rewetted the peat pellet.

Also i am now using a metal box with a computer fan, 48" shoplight and 18in flouro as you can see in the pictures. I hope i can keep em here for a couple more days before i have to transfer to the main grow room.

Again i apologize for the crappy photos.
