Ok guys,

Decided to try something crazy here indoors, i made a site for it and have been updating it
every day to 2 days with pictures and comments.

Plan was to start a seedling in dirt, supercrop it until it got to 18 inches high then transplant from soil to DWC just to see if it will survive.....

Other project is Clone of a PPP mother tree i have in the main grow area which i will keep
in Soil but train it, never trained before so i just want to see the results.

For DWC system i am using Fish Emultion Fertilizer with 5.1.1 to start out, same mixture i fed it while in dirt... Same for the PPP plant.

Here is the website, comments would be appreciated, (just dont comment on the blacklites) i know your feelings on this already but it seems to work for me in combination with the flourescents, neither of these plans have ever seen the sunlight by the way.

DWC Plant (just put in DWC today 11/26/05 is 4 weeks old started in soil)
PPP Clone is 2 weeks old since rooting.

Oh by the way, if your wondering what that blue-ish dish thing is, its a Fogger, makes clouds
keeping the humidity in the room pretty much perfect with its 3 micron water droplets suspended in the air like a cloud, great way to feed you plant thru the leaves.

evening , why are your lights so far away from your plants ??? also you will need better lighting when it comes to flowering them .. you do seem to know what youre on about though so i will sit back n watch

This is just an experiment with worst case senerio's... trying to see how adaptable the PPP strain is..

I am giving them bare minimum, no sun light, only flourecents and regular nutes.

Pictures at the very beginning the flours are far away yes because i didnt have my hanging material as yet when i took the pictures, but believe me they are a few inches above them now, which you cant really see in any of the pictures. But i left it that way for a few days so that plant would stretch for the light faster so i could do this dwc transpant experiment/

In the room adjacent im busy with a stadium SWC setup. Once its completed construction i will do a different journal on that one, that will have all the proper lighting ect ect.

As i said this is an experiment in the closet only to see how tough these plants are and what the outcome will be.... Should be interesting to watch, so far as you can see from the pictures each day growth is very fast for soil.... so i switched to DWC to see if it will speed up even more, which it will provided im using the correct ratio for the DWC which i am trying for the very first time so suggestions on nutes would be very helpful, right now its at 5.1.1.

Oh also question...

Im using expanding Reptile bedding as my grow medium in the DWC, never seen anyone try this so i figured HEY! one more bad thing to do to see what happens

I think it should work out ok, reason i never did DWC or Hydro is because clay grow stones i cannot get down here in the caribbean and trust me if i start bringing this stuff in customs will figure it out immediately.

Whats your thoughts on this grow medium, its sort of like chopped/grown coconut bark, its very pourous and holds the plant pretty damn good. Most important part of DWC as i can tell from reading is the mixture and lots of bubbles, medium doesnt really play a big part in this from what i read.

your comments would be greatly appreciated.

HIGH Mark, yes your correct...the medium is just to hold your plants in place..and yes lots of Bubbles..*LOL* looks like the same Buckets I'm useing *LOL*..Great minds think a like right.

Ok huge problem!

As i said this is my first DWC try, plant was growing great then all of a sudden this morning
all the leaves are hanging like it went thru a heat wave, or a bucket of water fell over it LOL.

What could be the problem? im at 5.1.1 but i dont have a PPM meter, im just doing this on the fly

I would take a picture but my camera sorta died the other day and i got so pissed it threw it against the wall

needed a new one anyways.

Anyways guys, need some help here, looks soo bad looks like it could never revive, i dumped the old solution and redid it just to see what would happen.

If this fails i think i stick with my trusty old God Given Soil, which works quite well for me as you can see in the pictures.

i looked at the link in your signature and tried to find what could be wrong but none really explained...

The one picture that looks like whats happened to mind is this one but you say this is normal during last phase of flowering, and im not even close to flowering yet with this small plant.

One of your pictures below that looks like whats going on with mine.

On a better note, heres a few of the many many buds i have on my outdoor grow.

Nothing special, was done, just good old nature providing these buds... Sun, Rain, and Night.
