When do you usually repot? In the past I've grown with one pot from start to finish (after the first week or so), but that was mainly because we couldn't get enough time with them (which isn't a prob now). how badly does a re-potting stress the plant? Lazy_Stoner is coming down tomorrow (remember him?!) to have a look at the plants, and is bringing half oz down with him as well. I haven't smoked since new years, so it should be a good night

Personally I've just re-potted some very mature plants into slightly larger pots, the largest I have, and already the plants have responded with new growth. Re-potting also gave me the opportunity to loosen up the root ball too so there should be lots of room for new growth plus I've added new richer soil to them too so fingers crossed. That said, given the choice I'd leave them in the same pot for as long as possible. I've been growing from seed in pots which are prob about a litre before transplanting into larger pots once I move them up into the grow room. I thought that Tetra's comment elsewhere here about taking the bottom off the pot and placing it and the plant in it onto another pot was a brilliant idea and an easier solution than trying to manipulate a plant out of and in to a pot without causing any damage - best thing I've read for a while in fact, should have mentioned that yesterday. Anyway, work awaits so must press on folks, have a good un!

Foliar Misting?
Hi again, sorry, just another daft quetion, do any of you use any ferts in your mist bottle?
It's just Ive come to the end of the freebie of Alga-C that I got from Wembley and was wondering what you all use / recommend? Also, how about we start naming and shaming the crap hydro and head shops as we get pissed around by them? I've got two or three I'd like to mention, but I don't want to upset the forum without asking first? Cheers

Hi All,
Lounge is a busy place tonight...........9 viewing when I logged in.............. ![]() Just read your posts about pot sizes, I like to keep mine in small pots from seedlings, usually because they are stretching like fuck and I have to 'stunt' the growth somehow. I then put them into 5ltr pots for vegging/sexing, then into 7 or 10ltr pots for flowering (start-finish)...............each to their own I suppose, what works for one might not for another, I'm kind of stuck in my routine now, but it works for me............. Our Government announced today that it WONT make any changes to classification of cannabis.......so it remains a class C drug............wey-hey............ .........our gov't finally done something positive........... .Happy growing all................... P lski

Damn, even as I've typed this I realise that it's morning, I'm awake and talking bollocks. Far too straight this morning guys, sorry - lmao. Anyways, did you notice how the report was biased towards the 'even in the light of recent clinical investigations confirming links between cannabis use and mental illness, the Govt has refused to return to it's previous position' stance? Made me sick, after all, right now we have some dip-shit in charge of ensuring that every school in the country has it's quota of paedophiles working in it yet we get criminalised for our hobby / interest. Makes me mad. Time for a pipe folks, best I go now - lol. No prob Tetra btw, credit where it's due. I've been thinking if I could use that technique to get more plants into my SOG set-up using multiple smaller pots (circa 5l) placed on top of larger ones. i'll give it some more thought and take a look at the garden centre and see what I can come up with. Meanwhile, have any of you seen the guy who's made his own vertical grow out of drainpipes? Cheers guys

Thanks Tetra, much appreciated. Actually, I can't say that I really noticed before, but then again I probably wasn't really looking for the pots, always geting sidetracked with pictures of buds!
Hey SOG, thanks for that, sounds much like I was using (Alga-C by ATA Atami or something) - smells like piss 'cos its full of seaweed. Went to my local hydro shop today just to see a) if they were open and b) what they recommend. Actually they were very short on foliar mist additives (they didnt have any - lol) but suggested I try B52 (but I read it and it said you could only spray it once every two weeks) or another AN product called Aunty Eggies Smelly fart Juice (or something similar) but it was £23 for a litre and I wasn't convinced it was what I wanted. The search continues although me thinks I'll try a vanilla garden centre tomorrow and see what £23 gets me there! Cheers guys!
