My very first grow!!

i finally decide to make a grow journal so you guyz can guide me if anything goes wrong.
i think for the moment im doing pretty fine!

i started to count days from the day ive put my seeds to germination

i bought 10 mixed seeds from the hydro store and put 5 to germinate and 3 were fine!!

so now i got 3 plants but one is physically handicaped but still healthy so i decide to grow it anyway. it will be very interesting to see what comes out of that plant


after 5 days of process!! i could finally see my first plant and the 2 others were out by the next morning

((i grow indoor but i have to take the picture outside since the cam is very shitty))

here is a pic of my plant #2 that cames out on day 5 ((not clear i know but its so small))

looks good......you got along way to go....what are you going to use for your medium....what are you going to use for food for your plants...laters jay

im at 20 dyas now!! so i guess i should start feeding in a week or so but im not very sure whats best for my plants a t the moment

its is still in vegetation stage for at least 3 weeks ..but for the moment they still have the little round leaves so i did not want to feed them already wanted to wait for those leaves to fall


what do you suggest i should use ??

Hi....everybody your side of the world reckomends sunshine mix 4 for your medium..... ferts i cant say coz i dont now what you can get...........unoit lives in canada...he is a very good grower with lots of experince im sure he could tell you what you can get where you live and what the best is....laters

HIGH All, the medium your useing now? It looks from what I see is the plants are doing fine...what are you useing for the medium now? Sunshine, Promix are what most use as a medium. So many out there..just as long as it has no ferts in it. If down the road you want to use mix's with ferts it's best to wait till your babies are well established. Me I use Sunshine Mix#4 because I use ferts (Nutrilife) to the end of the plants life. I like to feed my babies what I want to give them..not what's in the soil. Make cents?

If you can't get Sunshine Mix#4 in Que...I'd see if I could get Promix.

iuse premium potting mix

hum...it contains sphagnum peat moss..peat sedge, compost, vermiculite, perlite, slow release fert, limestone..


ill need to repot soon so plx tell me if another kind of soil would be better

plant #2 even though this plant is a day older than the other, it is growing way faster and bigger then the 2 others

plant #2 now it does look like a plant =)) even like a marijuana plant!!!



plant #3 we see its mutant side now this plant really is not normal and its development is really slow!! but healthy i guess thats what is important!

HIGH All, the soil your useing could be the reason your plants have that "deformed" look..if you can't get the other mix's mentioned, try looking for something that is made for "seedlings"..your babies will "love you long time".

Edit: if they are doing so..so..maybe leave them in the medium you have..
