leave em. You can tie the main tops over at an angle so the lower growth comes out.

Or you can kieep it simple and just top them by removing the top growth

Cool 1st grow
Another way to revitalize their metabolism is to leach them with about 90 to 100 % runoff and rd any build up from nutrients..just my 2c..

your plants r reaching for light you need to place the light in the middle of the plants or get new or better lights(MORE)
