Hey guys, this is my first grow. Hope you guys enjoy my grow!

Any tips or comments are much appreciated.

Equipment:
HTG 400w MH/HPS light fixture
Microgarden (Ebb n Flow)
3 Part Nutrients
Liquid pH Tester
pH up/pH down
Rockwool Cubes
Hydroton

Need to get:
6" Inline Fan
Cool Tube (Or rig my current hood) (Which cool tube will fit the HTGSupply 400w light fixture?)
Carbon Filter
Spray Bottle w/ Fizz Water
Chicken fence for ScROG grow
2 Oscilating Fans


Grow room size:3ftx2ftx5ft


There are 4 sprouted seedlings under 1 100w lamp right now. Waiting on 1 more to sprout. 12" Fan is blowing on them 24/7.

Light: 24/0
Temp: 77-81*F
Humidity: 45-55%

Seeds: Unknown.

Day 1:

When should I move them into the Microgarden under the 400w light? Also, when should I start feeding em nutes and at what %?

I wouldn't have them under the 400w for another 2 weeks and maybe start out at a low percentage of nutes. I'm not too familiar with hydro, but maybe start at like 25% and build up. Not enough is a lot better than too much.

I actually moved the cubes under the 400w MH lamp as of 5 minutes ago.. Seemed like my seedlings were stretching because of the 100w lamp.

Hey guys, it's been day 5 since sprouting.

Notes:

1. My biggest plant is looking a little bit on the "lighter green side".

2. The 400w MH is now on 24/0.

3. Temp is a constant 81-85*F, Humidity is anywhere from 40-50%

4. Oscillating fan blowing on plants 24/7

5. *******When should I start feeding nutes? And at what %?*******

Hey guys, it's been 1 week since my plants have sprouted. I have started on a very low nute mixture today.. My plants are starting to look a little bit on the "lighter green" side, any tips?

Temp: 77-85*F
Humidity: 44-50%
Light: 400w MH
Oscillating fan blowing 24/7

Everything looks good to me! I remember my plant was a lighter shade of green when it was that young. I don't believe it's anything to worry about. It seems early for nutes to me but I'm far from an expert. Be careful because they are fragile at this stage!

How much nutes are you using per liter/gallon? The plants are extremely fragile at that stage and even 1-2 mL per liter can hurt them. They shouldn't need nutes till about 2 weeks after sprout. I just get scared cause that water looks darker than the water I use for my clone that I've had for 2 weeks now. The plants can yellow or lose their green from overwatering so try not watering until the top inch of the cube is dry.

I am using Botanicare Triflex Grow Formula 2-1-4: 7ml/gallon
and Botanicare Triflex Base 2-0-3: 3.5ml/gallon
and Botanicare Liquid Karma 1-1-2 : 5ml/gallon

hannibalhekki - Thanks! Dunno if it works, but I will continue to try the banana trick once I can get my hands on some more green bananas.

cool always good to hear that. I overferted my clone the other day it's doing really well now though. I just don't want anyone else to feel that pain
