thanks for the comments guys! i cant wait to see i harvest as well. im gonna be so excited im gonna weigh it right after i cut it, then compare it with how much it weighs after it dries up. 6 more days till chopp

Well as a rule of thumb you harvest when the white hairs are around 80% brown but best thing to do is get a magnified glass and look at the trichs and harvest when milky.

yeah dude it seems like you can fuck up and that plant will still get you pretty high. and like KC said, just roll to a k-mart or somewhere and look for a good magnifying glass and look at the trichromes. i go to radioshack and grab the 60-100x for 10 bucks, it's pretty good.

basically when they first form they are clear and don't get you that high. after a little bit the clear ones will turn into a milky white color inside. these milky/cloudy trich's will get you the talkative, more speedy high. now if you let those grow a little longer they will turn a brown-ish amber color. these trichromes will give you that hard-hitting stoned that slams you on the couch with the munchies.
This is basically how you can sorta control the high of your weed. you wait til the bud is covered in what kind of crystals you want, then harvest. most growers will just wait til there is an almost 50/50 of cloudy/amber trich's

i honestly prefer for %60-70 amber and %30 cloudy but its all up to you

UPDATE:
i cut off the top 5 nugs last night because i have to cut down my plant in 2 weeks exactly. so i cut off the top because those buds are the most mature, the five ended up weighing 35.7 grams fresh off the plant after trimming the leaves off. now im gonna concentrate as much light as i can on the bottom bit and because a lot of them seem premature.

question: if i pullled off 35.7 gs already, how much weight do you think im gonna lose after drying?

Hey man awesome grow you've done here. They'll probably lose about 2/3 of their weight once dry.
