lame alright well i have one last question, are you allowed to mist your plant when in flowering? cause i coulda sworn i read somewhere that you just cant mist on the last 2 weeks before harvesting so you dont get bud rot when curing. can anyone shed some light on this?

wow dude, is that really a lowryder?? It looks pretty tall for a LR. I envy you my man. lol We all have accidents so its nothing to feel bad about. I killed a bunch of plants from my lights falling on them. I hope i get results like yours. Also, thanks for stopping by my thread. Nice to hear from people. Keep it up!

i thought that lowryder1 or 2 or whatever does best with like 14- 18 hrs of light all the way through. cause u keep saying day 10 12 16 of 12/12 and i dont know what that means, it flowers after a certain amount of time and cutting ur lights under like 14 hours is only hindering growth. if it is really lowryder, but either way it is looking really great, and topping, i though you dont need to do that with autoflowering strains,no need

i didnt top it on purpose lol, my damn lights fell and broke .5 in. of the top. and your right about the light cycle of the lowrider, but i got these seeds from a sketchy friend, when i heard his grower had some lowrider, i paid him for seeds. hes one of those guys that gets some alright dank and slap on a cute name. so being a little skeptical i put the lights on 12/12 with the intention of changing it depending on how the flowering went. things were going well so i just kept it on that. what i mean by Day 16 of 12/12, that pretty means day 16 since i changed my light cycle for flowering, sorry bout the mix up. so as for the strain goes, im not exactly sure what it is, but the grower i got it from said it was lowrider #1. i jumped on the opportunity to get some seeds cause i've always wanted to have that as my first personal grow. she stands short so i kept the name.

im going off to Anchorage, Alaska for a week, i'm leaving Sunday! im gonan miss my baby while im gone but shes gonna grow so much while im gone. ive got a buddy that swings by to water her when im at work so he'll be taking over all week. i probly wont be able to talk to you guys till i get back, but when i do i'll already have updates

my lights are mainly focused towards the top of my plant and those buds are looking real nice, but the buds towards the bottom are premature. is it possible for me to just snip the top 1/4 off and cure that and focus the light on the rest to mature a bit longer? im pretty sure i can but i would like some feedback on the subject before i do.

Yup, take what ever is ripe, leave the rest to finish up. Those buds look nice dude.

I am also growing lowryder's in mirical grow, did you need to add any additional nutrience.
Did you put your seeds strait in the soil or in wet tissue first.

I hope mine turn out as good as your's dude.

Nice stuff dude!! I also used CFL's if you would like I have pics of my girls when they were...... alive lol When I seen these pics I started going over some recent photos I had, I was just as enthoused as you are..... The pay off is the trimming and manicuring of the girls and actually see YOUR OWN "smoke" Believe me its worth the time and effort. Show them love and they'll return it.

real nice lookn grow il hav to watch this thread but correct me if im wrong but i thought you werent suposed to let the plant have alot of nutes especially as much as whats in miracle grow till it was like 3weeks old or something to that effect

thanks man! i appreciate it i didnt add nutrients until later in the grow, and even then you have to watch for nutrient burns because the soil releases its food overtime. id say i started adding nutes like a month after they sprouted once they were a good enough size. i used a wet tissue first then stuck them in the soil.

ya i dont put much nutes, but i put a bit just to make sure she has enough to eat. you really dont have to do much for soil grow.
