Hindenburg Experiment

I Must say I'm quite satisfied with the results.

Over a one hour period this little gizmo spewed out at least 6 Litres of co2. And not only it is still producing residual bubbling in the reaction chamber two hpurs later, AN ADDED BONUS, I have a mason jar of carbonated water for my spritzer. OH YEAH

PS, photo of reflectors added as well...

Day 10

I placed a downsized co2 generator between the plants, I figured a few extra Litres a day cant be bad...

if you angle those cfls so the flat side is facing the plants rather then the end youll get more outta those cfls.

that light is fine for those little uns but remember to keep cfls as close as possible without making it too hot. cfls are weak and need to be close to emit a sufficient level of lumens

I'm gonna drill some fresh air vents soon.

Yes vents would be a must, since (I think) you don't have any exhaust fan, just a fan in the box. Else this concept of recycled materials is very interesting, I really want to know how much a grow that cheap can yield (don't have much money either and I'm still checking if a grow is within my budget). Good luck with your grow!

So Far : Seeds - $40
Lights - $30
Soil - $3
Fan - $5

So In Total, about $75. I will be spending some cash on the right food. Everything else is moving along. I think I have some pc fans comming my way soon. I found Some hardwood flooring strips while biking today. They'll make for great light proofing.

Day 12

I squeezed in a third rose pot into the setup this evening. I had this smaller seedling in a jiffy pot. It's been growing rather well and compact so I'll let it keep growing. Only makes my female % better.

I've been all over this site and have come short of finding anyone growing in the same size class as me.... ANYONE OUT THERE????

I was thinking about that, but there is a great network of seed banks here. I'm just gonna go from seed each time. That way I can sample different buds. I'm already thinking about which breed to get next round. Way ahead of myself there.
