NE outdoor grow

Well I decided to post up on my current project. As some of you may have seen I was posting in the outdoor growing section about my concerns with our recent frost. Well I checked on some of the plants and it appears there may have been a little frost damage, but I will let the pictures to speak for themselves. A little background first. I ordered 5 feminised big bang seeds from cannabean, along with 4 feminised maroc seeds. One of the Maroc seedlings died, it was the weakest of the group, but I soppose 8/9 isnt a terrible ratio. The others were all very healthy and strong. I started them indoor in the first week of April, and moved them outside about 2 weeks ago. Things were going great for the first week, then we got a ton of rain followed by two nights where the low reached 36, then 28 the night after. I was very concerned about these temperatures and lost a bit of sleep, but after checking on them I can say that they are some tough little plants. Heres some pictures.

This is about 1 month old. The leaves on some are more droopy than others, I suspect this is due to an abundance of water. Next week is supposed to be sunny without any rain so I am really hoping they will spring back to life. I cant tell what level of frost damage has been done though. Also, can anyone tell me what the white specs on some of the leaves are? Just for reference, the soil mix is 20% composted manure, 60% MG organic potting soil, and 20% perlite. Also you can see i put about an inch layer of wood chips on top of the soil which i hope will maintain moisture within the soil. To me it appears the plants which are in the worst shape are the ones in picture 4, and 6. Any opinions or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Update. Today I went to apply pesticide to the first six plants shown in the above pictures. We have had sun for the past 2 days, and the last rain was sat night. I was optimistic at what I would find. Well, as it turns out, the frost damage was a big more severe than I had anticipated. You can see the yellowing in the pictures, this must have been where the frost damage occured because those leaves for the most part were shriveled up and dead. I would say 3/6 had moderate frost damage, with the fan leaves and new growth at the top suffering most. Interestingly enough though, there is vigorous new growth at the node sights so I think they must have been unharmed by the cold weather. One of the plants was in great shape, virtually unharmed by the frost. The other two lay somewhere in between. I am fairly confident that none of the plants will die due to the frost, but im sure their growth will be delayed for a little while. This weekend I will hopefully make it out to see the remaining two plants to inspect the damage. It was a dumb move on my part to move them outside so early, but they were too big indoors and had to go somewhere. Oh well lesson learned for next season.
