Qubed's new Outdoor budget grow (Pics)

Howdy there, OG Qubed here with another nice little grow for ya'll. Got some real real good bagseed that I've been saving for a number of years, didn't labeled it, now that I think about it I probably should have. It has come from, in no particular order: WW, OG Kush, Bubba Kush, Alaskan Thunderfuck, Lemon G, "Bin Laden"(More like "Bin BULLSHIT", just some KB), and Blueberry. I have no idea which is which, though.
I have made a small growbox that I have 6 germinated seeds currently growing, two have popped out, rest are a little slow. My plan is to take all six of my seedlings at week, oh I don't know, two of veg and scatter them throughout a public park which my apartment is adjacent to. I know, it's risky, but a lot more risky if I keep them in my house and grow them, seeing as how my last grow indoors went (check signature).
I will be uploading some picks of my babies and the ingenious grow cab as soon as I can find my digital camera, probably later tonight.
Lights: Cool white 32w x2
Soil: No nutes standard potting soil
Pots: cheap-ass styrofoam cups
Soil to be used later: ?????(taking suggestions)
Nutes to be used later: Shultz 10-15-10
Total cost so far: 15 bucks

Grrrrr... you guys called my bluff I can't find my powershot so I had to use my phone, once I do find my powershot it will be pics galore all up in your grill.
Pic 1: My six cups, two have popped out, really quickly too
Pic 2: The fast growers, they germed in 24 hours and sprouted in another 48
Pic 3: See all the pot I'm growing? Didn't think so

Alright I found my powershot, got some macro pics for ya:

#2: My kick-ass stealth grow-box, just need a fan to circulate air but should be getting it tomorrow.

You didnt buy those lights for under 15, right?
How much do those usually run for?

Yarg, bought those lights awhile ago. With the fixtures they were about... 18-19 bucks. I can't remember cause I bought a bunch of other lights with them.

Oh man I burnt the seedlings. Two died for sure, the other three I had to put outside because I had nowhere else to put them. I did get a fan and still have some more seeds, so I'm going to germinate some more seeds, put some venting in my growbox, and find a way to cool the lights, because the space is so small even a single 32w will raise temps well above 90F. Any ideas on cooling systems? I have about 10 feet of small ducting to work with and a 3 inch 110w fan, not looking to spend much more money.
