a few tips start your seedlings in 24-32 ounce Styrofoam or plastic party cups they will be easier to cut down the side and transfer into the ground. Second get some chili powder about 4-5 table spoons and add to a water spray bottle and spray about 1-2 feet away from the base of the stem in a circle. I would suggest starting the plants indoors for even 1-2 weeks with a small fan so they don't get shocked once you throw them into the ground

No worries on the "ghetto" grow. I say keep on trying and learning. Its one thing to sit on the forums all day wondering the right way to grow, and another to actually do it, and learn from experience. Kudos, and good luck to you sir.

my plants seem to to be wilting a bit just the leaves tho and it also looks like another set of leaves is gonna come in soon is this the reason as to why they are wilting ? they are still very green no color change just the leaves dropping?
