First Grow, sick stealth grow cabinet, Journal posting OFTEN!

I am new to the growing scene, but I have been doing a lot of research, and I think this is the best way for me to go. I need a box, but I need for it to not stand out if someone were to see it, The one I am getting is designed to look like a filing cabinet, and that is exactly what anyone who looks at it will think. It is in my room, I live in an apartment with my girlfriend and a roomate, but I have had friends in my room before, but if anyone did see it from now on, they would just be seeing a filing cabinet. I will be posting here regularly (about each week) grow box should be here in a week or so, and I will be planting White Widow and Super Skunk. I will post pictures of the cabinet as soon as i get it.

Question: How many plants do you all think would make sense in this container? I was hoping for 6, is that high or low? let me know

yea you can fit 6 in there, but if you get normal seeds assume half are going to be male, if you buy feminized seeds, i'd use only 3-4 seeds and then top each plant at least once. than you can save your seeds to grow again, while still getting the same harvest you would from 6 smaller plants. but i'd build your own grow cabinet if i were you. $2,000 is alot to work with. check out my grow cabinet in my link below, i built it for around $1,000. Alot cheaper and you can design it to fit what you need...(separate compartments so you can flower and veg at same time...etc) whatever you decide, good luck man

I got these G13 Labs Northern Lights x Skunk seeds when i ordered my other seeds, and it does not have any information about whether or not these are indica/sativa... does anyone here have any experience with them and know what they are? thanks

Ok so the cabinet came in today, and man is it a beauty...i hope it works as well as it looks like it will... I will have pics up for you all tomorrow or the next day, still waiting on seeds, which is so dissapointing, did not receive my seeds from attitude seed bank, so I am going with seedboutique, we will see if they pull through for me...pics tomorrow

hey guys, here are the pictures I promised...this is a pretty cool setup, it is a little louder than i would have liked, too loud to have out in the room, so it had to go into the already cramped closet...anyways it is beautiful in there and i am real excited now to get my seeds and get them germinated, have orders with 2 places now, so they should show up sometime

how would you all go about changing the rez out every 2 or 3 weeks? Do you all use pumps to pump out the water and pump it back in? or just dump back in? what have you found to work the best?

Also my 6-in-1 ph,ppm,temp, meter from some company in china, has recently stopped reading the ph and ppm screens, they are just blank. I was going to be contacting the company, but i thought maybe someone else had the same problem and could tell me whats up

So I just couldnt wait any longer, my seeds have not got here yet, and i searched high and low around the house and found 2 seeds... so i dropped them in a shot glass with bottled water in hopes of germinating them...anyone think this will work? The seeds have been around on the floor for 3 months or so... I played around with some ideas on how to empty my res every 2 weeks, and i decided to go with a fairly nice in-line water pump so i can empty and fill my res with it. Beats picking up that 16 gallon tub, Thanks for the interest in my grow guys, wish i had more for ya, just need seeds to get here and I can start

the two seeds i put into the water are now showing their taprot, i cant beleive they actually are sprouting after being on the floor in my room for a few motnhs, thats awesome... anyways how long should i keep them in the water? they have just barely cracked, should i let it go a few cm before putting it in the rockwool?

So I just received my super skunk seeds. I am germinating three of them right now, still waiting on my white widow, I am going to plant between 1-3 of them, depending on if I decide to grow one of my mistery bagseeds, which as i typed that I realized who gives a fuck what the mystery bagseed is, it is not taking up room in my closet, my new seeds are going to be dank as hell, ill grow more of the good ones, no unknown ones. Pics as soon as they pop their heads above ground!!!
