400watt Ceramic Metal Halide grow

Healthy Girls for the most part I have a few close up shots of some light burn from earlier when they were closer to the light than I probably should have kept them at the time but no real harm done and some other wierd nute burn or deficiency not quite sure. Maybe some of the more experienced growers can shed some light.

some retying of the girls since they have pulled up on their shackles LOL. Plant Bondage naughty!!!!

Naughty Naughty girl!!!! oh Behave!!!

not sure what these leaves are telling me hopefully hashmouf will chime in on this. Thanks in advance.

sorry about the spaghetti of wires lol i know it is messy looking to clean up a bit next week.

hope you all enjoyed the pics oh and by the way for those that don't know the details they are in custom mix that is based off of the vic's soilless mix #1 using promix for potting(6 parts), krum's horticultural coarse perlite(3parts), EWC(2 parts) and one tablespoon of hydrated lime per gallon of mix. I use Liquid Karma, Pure Blend Pro Gro and Bloom and Grandma's Robust Molasses for nutrients.

I'm not as proliferate in nutrients as hashmouf or any of the other senior growers.

Looks like you might wanna lay off the nutes and possibly flush them once and see if the yellowing goes away.

looks good though, good luck!

Thumbs up

Yes yes Very nice, everything looks great The MH & LST are giving you some lovely bushes.

Yes I noticed the slight yellowing in some of your leaves, I would suggest you cut back on the molasses until flower. Sometimes certain brands of molasses have high sodium levels which can cause burns and nutrient lock outs, I have had this problem with grandma's more than once . So reduce your dosage or just hold off until the last 30 days of flower.

Great job Macc , Keep up the excellent work, Organics and LST you can't do it any better.

thanks man yeah I guess I will feed them without molasses next time. I already hit them again when I took those pics yesterday, so I hope it doesn't mess em up too bad, it was the first feeding they have gotten since the transplant and even then I didn't give them all that much but my soil was setup pretty good from the get go so I probably could have dialed down the nutes a bit but I was anticipating them wanting a ton more nutrients and I guess I overestimated a bit. They are still very healthy so I don't think it should hurt them too bad I will probably just give them just nutes with no molasses next time and see what happens, seems like once a week is when we are watering I gave them each a gallon of water with 10ml LK, 1tablespoon of molasses, 15ml of gro and 15ml ofbloom. They should probably be pretty good to go for watering/nutes for another week and a half or so. OH I must mention we are in the 4th day of 12/12 now I have 2 confirmed girls already since my Kali MIst was already showing preflowers in veg and one of my NL is a girl as well for sure, the other two look pretty promising but don't want to put it in stone yet cause things can still happen as we all know but I am pretty confident they will all be female because of the way the seeds were created they are supposed to be feminized.

Sounds great congrats on you females good luck on the others. Yeah you have a pretty balanced soil and the Pro-grow nutes you are using are also well rounded, so just hold off of the molasses until the last month of flower when the plants use much more nutrition. Thumbs up +REP See ya around the City.

well I have an update for anyone watching, I culled one male it was a shame cause it was a good looking plant but oh well no room for testicles in the grow room so then there was 3 but good news the 3 I have remaining are all full blooded females so that just means they get more space to grow.

Found a male huh what did you do with him? Shit most people can't stand males but males equal good seeds to me I used to just grow them in a separate room then I harvest the pollen and impregnate my strongest female sure you get some seeds in your weed but it is still great weed and now you have plenty of seeds for future grows. But I understand were you are coming from it is a bit harder to cope with when you only have 3 females, but keep that in mind for the next time. But as you said now the remaining 3 girls will have more room I would suggest a final LST to expose all of the bud-sites you can turning the lower potential popcorn buds into some 1 grammers also some of the best tasting buds as well. Alright bro see ya round the City.

I just killed him, i actually had seeds from my last 2 Kali Mist and that is where my Kali Mist that is growing now is from it came from a fem that hermied slightly and pollinated my other female giving me some nice feminized seeds from a very strong female. This grow is all about bud so no need for seeds this time besides I have a Kali Mist mother plant in my rubbermaid setup who has plenty of children that are ready to begin the process of cloning whenever I am ready so losing one plant to sex is no biggie I can always replace it. I actually retied them down today except one cause the lights went off and I was trying to work quick before the dark cycle cause I didn't have time to get in there earlier but i will retie the one I didn't get tommorow or the next day no biggie. I am thinking I might be retying them at least for another week or so as they continue their stretch. All in all looking good so far.

Hey guys back with some new pics that I took today of the ladies and a new addition to the room, a Kali Mist clone. She was the sole clone that rooted out of 8 in the bubble cloner, not sure what was going on but it seemed to be taking longer than it should so I chucked the rest and went to a wick style setup using solo cups, t-shirt strips for the wicks and perlite and so far on day 5 my clones look better in this simple setup as opposed to the bubble cloner and it has no air pump or anything to worry about. I will let you know how the ghetto wick cloners work in a couple days I am checking for roots. OK on with the photos.
This would be 12 days since I took the last pictures.

THis is the Kali MIst

This is the Bubbleberry, only way I could tell was the smell on my fingers from rubbing a stem. Very nice fruity aroma already coming from this one

Lastly this is the NL I believe

Hope you enjoyed I will post more in a couple weeks when there is some more going on. Thanks to Hashmouf for recommending I back off on the molasses seems to have allowed everything to green up real nice and overall these girls look very happy and healthy.

My first comment is the electrical cords running around the bases of your pots, we weed growers usually use a rule of thumb that water goes below the waist and everything electrical is hoisted above the waist. If u can get the cord off the ground, it will tidy up your space and lower the risk of being zapped, also try th straighten out your mylar, it's all a bit jamed in there, the floor needs a clean too, and a straighten.

the cords are all seperated from the pot area themselves by plastic sheeting so no water gets to the cords themselves any more since the first pics I took, as far as the mylar that is the best we could do at the moment as far as getting it in there, it will be improved for the next go at it, probably attach it to boards or something and lean it against the wall, but our dilemma is that the access hole to this area is fairly small and we can't get large objects into the room. I got a shop vac going in there on THursday to suck up some of the extra dirt lying around. Gets hard sometimes keeping as close an eye on things when your grow is not at your place of residence but in some situations you just have to do what you gotta do. Don't worry things will be straightened out in time.

Looks like everything is coming along very well. you now have visible flowers, how long did they take to show ? now is the time to give them steady doses of your Flower nutes about every 3-4 days and keep a steady flow of fresh air into your area for the needed C02 to fill them buds out nicely. about 3 weeks from know I would suggest you start to increase your molasses regimen as your flowers grow the plant will process the extra carbs and trace elements much faster. You must be happy to see buds now that when it gets really fun for me. Well all looks great, best of luck until the next update see ya around the City.
