hell yeah, theres some from our female members if im not mistaken,

Thanks for the link to the cleavage thread, doobz. Good stuff in thar. Now I want to meet some of our female contingent.

So, my PH has stabilized for the most part. It goes up a bit every day, and I put her back down. No biggie. Roots seem better, and the ICE seems to be growing newer white roots. I'm surprised it never showed any shock or anything from that big chunk I cut out of it awhile back. Oh well, I'm not complaining.

Canopy was uneven so I had to abuse my buds a bit by tying them down. I also bent my Aurora B as she was getting a bit too tall compared to the rest.

One thing I learned from this grow is that I have to switch to 12/12 quicker. My ICE is busting out the sides of the screen and I'm having to tie her to it. Here's one that tried to get away lol:

So I guess this is day 13 or 14 of flowering. I'm going to go with day 14 I guess.

How do they look? I'm pretty psyched seein all the white hairs and what not. It's pretty. Everything seems to be under control for the time being. However, I'm still not sure what to do about the sound of the inline fan. If anyone has any ideas I'm all for it. I wanted this to be so stealth that I can have people in my room without having any idea, but as it is I'd have to run my air cleaner on high to keep people from noticing the noise emanating from the closet...and it's so loud that I wouldn't want anyone in my room...

Should I take the ties off in a day or two?

I will be trying greenmonster's flowering clones idea in the next week or so, so I will be hitting people up for advice on cloning. You've been warned.

As always, any comments/suggestions/advice welcome.

I've got a strange question. At what point in flowering do you go past the point of no return in which even if you screw up and kill all your plants that day, you'll still have like an eighth to smoke on? lol

I'm just wondering, because once I go past that point I'll breathe a sigh of relief and know that no matter what I'm going to catch a buzz out of all this work.

Hey AW, any ideas on the noise? Like I said, it just sounds like a vacuum cleaner. It's not really any kind of rattling or anything. I think I'll try hooking the end of the duct up somewhere in the back of the closet. Of course, that'll mean it's not exiting the room, but since the closet has space I don't think it's going to hurt the air going into the box much...I hope lol.

i'm gonna say 30 days (of actual flowers) depending on the strain.. u should be able to get something smokeable by then. The shit in my closet is 28 days, and i'd smoke it lol.

i donno about the sound bro... i still need to get that insulated ducting in. I think it should do the job.

Thanks mane. It sounds like half the noise is coming from the carbon scrubber as air gets sucked through it. Don't know a damn thing to do about that lol. I guess the fact that I'm using a tent instead of a hard-box makes a difference. Anyhow, I moved the end of the duct into the top of the closet and have some clothes piled on it (it's still clear at the end). Then I tried stuffing some old shirts around the duct where it comes out the box...

Now when I close my door, I think I can pass off the sound as the air cleaner on medium as long as I keep the air cleaner RIGHT NEXT to the closet lol. Screw it, as long as I make sure friends know we can't smoke in that room any more the only reason anyone needs to be in there is if I'm gettin some...and I've been too busy for that shit lately anyway ( lol).

Forgot to throw up my vitals:

Ambient 78F (holding)

Water temp 72F (holding)

Humidity 55 (holding)

PH 5.65 (lookin good)

PPM: finally found out about my meter. Talked to a cool dude at Hanna Instruments, and he explained what I already suspected: This meter (98130) is the same that VTEC has (the 98129) except mine measures EC and TDS at values I have to multiply by 1000 to get to the usual readings. For example, if on the 98129 has a reading of 900 PPM, my meter will read it as .900. My EC has to be multiplied by 1000 as well. Only bad thing I see about it is that if I ever start reading over 1000 PPM then I'll miss out on the number in the ones column, meaning 1325 will read as .132 to me. I can live with that.

He also explained how to calibrate it, so I ordered the 12.88 calibration fluid as well as some storage solution for it (been using tap water). I will calibrate it soon.

I don't think PPM is a big deal at this point in my grow since I use so little nutes and I dump so often.

I also decided to name my plants Francine (the ICE) and Kaila (the Aurora B) since they've been my guardian angels during this grow.
