i read up on it, and it does work. You need to change the water daily and it takes at least 3 weeks from what a few dudes said.

you'll like the SD man. It's very unique taste and smell, really hashy and heavy. I recommend a nice dose of nitrogen right before flower (at least that's the case with my pheno). Otherwise it's worry free, trichs start to pack on really early after like 2 weeks of flowering.
You'll need some serious odor control for it though.. from what i remember of your thread i think u have that all covered anyway. definitely a keeper man.. all my other cured strains are chillin on the back burner for the last few weeks

hash, thanx so much man.. you are quite a soil grower and i applied a lot of what i learned from your threads to this grow so there's definately a little bit of hashmouf in this bud all the info you give to everyone is really appreciated.

i'm just gonna roll w/ this thread i guess till all my shit dies or i move out lol.

Here's what's left of my girl.. i left whatever had green leaves and will harvest that in a few days when the next batch goes in jars. There's still a shitload of nice bud on there to cut up..

i didn't like what i grew, but it was more my fault than the strain.. it got stunted in veg and never really recovered. It was basically a single cola plant.. so i can't really judge the strain based on that.
I'm sure it's fine bud if grown properly.

ya man fo sho! like i said in the PM.. it's looking like 7 oz's of good bud and a ton of hash material.
i say 7 oz's cause i'll get 7 of those big jars full of dry bud, which is can weigh 25-35 g's ime. I tossed the scale a while ago, so i don't have exact weights.

my advice (again from the PM) is a nice 1000-1200 PPM feeding of grow formula or something else high in N for that 1st week of 12/12. That was the only mistake i made this round. The quality wasn't effected at all, it's exactly as i remember the 1st batch being.
It's nice having room in the flower tent.. that NYCD was really starving for light.. the buds look really good but not as dense as the last batch, but it's early still.

My plants often suffer a bit from their couchlocked owner....
Bottles of rum or wine are known to damage plants as well.
Do you have a little gremlin runnin' around there somewhere that does the work for you?
