Round 2 (starting from flower)

after chopping and successfully re vegetating a plant, i've begun to flower it. here she is.

later today, i'll put up another pic of the bud sites. using 4 26w cfl's and 2 4ft. florescent tubes + oscellating fan. my last grew went good with cfl's and i plan to do it again because i haven't ponied up the money to get the hps set up.

the stretch looks ridiculous, but that didn't happen until the end of week 1 on 12/12 (roughly) and the lights have been kept about 2 inches away at the most from the tops of the plants, and they're adjusted daily. still looks like the plant has a hightop or something.

yesterday i added another set of lights, so i have a total of 288 watts of florescent lighting. think that should be enough for only the 1 plant?

here's a quick picture i took before the lights went out. i'll only add pics about once a week so i don't keep ttt'ing my own thread like a selfish ass .

here's rd. 1
http://forum.grasscity.com/grow-jour...ngle-step.html

i'm not sure what the final weight was, i never weighed it and just gave most of it away. it was a trial run for a setup i'm tweaking.

They are indeed those plugin sockets w/ a couple y's on each, no wires or anything they just split the socket from 1 to 2 inputs.

yep.

regular electrical socket with positive and negative wires coming out the backside of it. i added wire connectors and then just taped them around the socket to make them look nice.

and that white box is just a fan that i'm gonna use for those ventilation holes i cut in the side.

Looking good bro! I'm gonna be keeping an eye on this grow, were basicly doing the same thing except your about a month ahead of mine. I'm a week and a day into reveg. When you make your cuts, does it form two big bumps where the new growth pops out from? If so i'm still waiting for new growth to pop out - but its making progress! Your grow looks like going great keep up the good work!

i remember it took a while for me to see any new growth. i think a little over a week. i was only using an 80w florescent set up at the time, but basically what you see in the very first picture at the top, is what i remember it showing. i made sure to keep the soil moist and hoped for the best. i made sure to seal the cut ends of the branches when i chopped it.

and now it's time for more pics. i'm going on vacation for the holidays, so here's this week's update.

sorry dude, i was kinda high when i tried to answer this last time. i misunderstood you, so disregard my last post...

there's another thread here (a sticky) that explains it better, but basically, you wont get any new growth from the part you cut, but everything below that point will grow bushier trying to recover from the damage. dunno if that makes sense.

plants looking good man! Lots of budsites. Also, yeah - what you said makes sense. I know nothings gonna grow from where I cut, but below - by the main stem, I can see two humps coming from where the old stem/leaf was. Its sooo boring waiting for new growth to happen lol. 1 week and 2 days...
