First grow with bagseed, CFLs, and an old footlocker.

This is my first serious attempt at growing and I would like some help.
I am growing in an old footlocker. I got the idea from totse. I wanted a nice stealth way to grow but didn't want to spend a lot of money. This also allows me to use my closet as a closet.
Here is the equipment so far:
Footlocker 30"x12"x18" - $0 (already had)
Silver and "reflective" spray paint used to spray inside of footlocker - $8
2 23watt Daylight (5800k) CFL - $10
2 23watt soft white (2590k) CFL - $10
2 Lamps - $0 (already had)
9" pot - $0 (already had)
Potting soil - $0 (already had)
Schultz 10-15-10 Plant Food Plus - $0 (already had)
Bagseed - $0 (already had)

On order:
110 CFM fan - $10

Need to get:
2 -Lamps - ~$10 from thrift store.

So far this grow is only costing me $48
I went with the CFL because they don't give off a lot of heat which is a problem in a small area.

I put three seeds on some wet paper towels to let them germinate on Monday night (it's Friday afternoon now). I put one in my pot a little too early, but I am leaving for a trip in an hour. I choose this seed of the three because it came from some dank weed.

The pot is currently in my footlocker, which is currently in my closet. I only have one of the daylight lights on, atleast untill I get back home on Wednesday. It's not even done germinating so it doesn't matter.


Should I use all four lights? Should I only use dayslights CFLs when vegging and the soft white CFLS when flowering?

Please let me know what I am doing wrong or if you have any ideas. Hopefully I'll have a surprise in my closet when I get back on Wednesday.

has the seed sprouted yet? allso what kind of soil are you using make shure it does not have slow release ferts (that was what killed my last two grows)
your only growing one plant I hope the ganja gods decide to let you have a female
