Homergrowers 07/08 Outdoor Grow

Welcome everybody, Welcome !!!! and step right up.

Welcome to Homergrowers 2007 / 2008 outdoor grow.

Last year I had a very successful grow of two plants, both from seed and turned out to be females, yielding about an ounce and 1/2 of each. You can find that grow at the bottom of my post.

This year i will be growing six plants starting in small conatiners and then moving to large later on. I'm using Nutes and my own C02 system for the moment, and it seems to be already showing results.

As seen in the last few pics, I put all the pots into a tub, i use another tub upside down as the lid, I then use the two plastic bottles to mix the powder and water to create the gas to feed the plants every other night. .

So pull up a chair, light up a joint and keep you eye our for upates.

Peace and Pot
Homergrower....

I found it on ebay. But thats here in OZ.
It works well, but i'm sure it's a fancy mix of Sugar, Yeast - Green food Dye.
But yeast is expensive, so until i come up with something else. I'm using this.

Homer's Update...Enjoy !!!

All six are doing well.

It's slowly coming into summer here but a tiny bit cold still so growth is slow.

They have been receiving lots of care, They are in 1/4 strength nutes and doing well, and also received the occasional evening of CO2.

I've also started another seven seedlings which will be put into forced flower at a young age, more of an experiment to see if it can be achieved with an outdoor grow.

Enjoy the pics.

Peace & Pot..............Thanks for watching.

I'm avoiding seperation anxiety by not naming the plants in case I lose 1 or 2, I might put some simpsons stickers on the pots, so we can tell them apart.

The forced flowering won't be on these six plants. I have 5 others in seedling stage, and they will become the FF experiment. They are in much smaller pots and they won't have much veg time, it will mostly be flowering. I'm also going to use my c02 powder on them.

If you have a look in the last few pics of the first post, i have a large black tub. I also have one that is slightly smaller. SO one fits into the other without light leaks, so at

8am every morning they will come out of the tub, for 12 hours of sunlight
And at 8 pm at night, they will go back in the tub.

Not sure how well it will work, but i'm going to give it a go.

THanks for watching.

THey have all been topped once and about to be topped again.

I have five in smaller pots in front, these will be the ones i put into forced flowering soon. I'll give them another month in Veg.

Other than that not much to report, hope everyone's ventures are doing as well as they can. Thanks for stopping in.

Praymantis Update...

Just took a few shots a moment ago,
and found a friend enjoying my outdoor grow.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've been Feeding, Topping and Super Cropping and this is the result.

I'm keeping their height down as i keep them behind a screen during the day.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm predicting 9 ounces out of this grow.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
...and i've got a rental inspection this week. I'm pretty confiedent i can hide them.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thanks for viewing and stick around for more updates.

Cheers, Homergrower

I know bud shots are the best.... But they won't be coming for about another 2 months...
They are all receiving heavy doses of nutes about once every 2 weeks, and doing very well.
I also added a good handful of blood and bone which stopped some yellowing and gave them a nice boost.
